Just to mention something, there are not plugs to connect cellphones close to bed.

I don’t know where to start…this hotel is just unbelievable! Our room was so perfect, very spacious, perfectly decorated with Bali vibes! The breakfast was so delicious with so many options and the staff is the kindest people I have ever known! There were 2 days that they prepared our breakfast to go because of our tour and our departure flight. We ordered room service and The food from restaurant was so delicious. We had the opportunity to be in the spa as well and it’s really a very peaceful experience! Finally the laundry services is very effective and at very good price 🥲 and, it is very well located in Ubud, very easy to go to the center and they also have some shuttle options.

Nothing - it was great.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating to our needs - especially with our toddler. The menu and food was always outstanding and the grounds were kept so well manicured and attended to with care. The complimentary afternoon tea was such a treat and the onsite yoga was a great way to start the day. The main pool was big enough to do morning laps and the shallow end was perfect for our little one to splash around in. We had our toddler and whilst the room wasn't the safest for a toddler to run around in, it was comfortable and private. The private pool and outdoor space was fantastic for my partner and I to relax when our toddler went to sleep and the air conditioning made the villa our little oasis away from the heat. The option of having an outdoor and indoor shower was handy and the beams in the structure was aesthetically pleasing. We loved our stay here.

Cant think of anything and didnt find anything - not even smallest of anything that I could say negative about.

This is the first we were staying at Ubud with my little one and it was just great to be at this property/resort. No massage can relax you the way this property has helped us rejuvenate internally. I have always stayed in Legian and Seminyak but i suppose never again. We had a pleasant meeting with the owners and they are such nice family ties be around.

- The outdoor pool space in the villa has a very poor lightining. Would be great if they can increase thier light options outside the bedroom and pool area. - The most thing that we do not like is the insects. It is really bothering your journey. They are so much insects, mosqutos, frogs and geckos and more in the outdoor pool place as the nature of the hotel is full of green. They will give you all you need for insects tools in the room. However for sure you will be biting by the mosquitos as my kids have :) we did not use the outdoor shower bath due to this reseon. - The Breakfast is limited to few plates and it is a set menue not a buffet. - The location Is quite Far from Ubud center need a car to go there however there is a small grocery shop 5 minutes away walking distance.and the free shuttle to the center is great but it would be awsome if the last departure time extend beyond 6 PM.

The Village Villa is quite big, specoius and private. We were a couple with 2 Kids (5 and 1.5 y) we really enjoyed the Villa. The pool in the villa is awsome with good tempreture. The oudoor pool is amazing. The View inside the hotel is spectacular espechally the sunset time. The Spa is great with experience massage. The reception and staff are very welcoming and they know the names of all thier gusts in the hotel. They offer a free shuttle to the sis hotel in Ubud city which is 5 minutes walk from the Ubud market and center. They have private tours service to diffrent place in Bali with a comfortable car either half day or full day tour. Its a very good place to stay in Ubud.

Sometimes found it hard to communicate with their staff in English. It caused some misunderstanding of their service, charge, and overall. Also, really didn't like the construction noise from the central park side around 7:30 AM on 2 Jan.

Location was good and floating breakfast was very nice. The pillows were comfy.

Continually being asked by staff 'what is your name? Where are you from' did get quite wearing as there seemed to be alot of them so you answer the same questions several times a day - it didn't really feel like staff got to know their guests. They were all lovely though and meant well.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful garden villa. The hotel grounds are lovely, set in the middle of rice paddies. I had a couple of treatments at the spa which were both excellent, made use of the gym each morning which was very well equipped and also took part in a couple of the complimentary yoga classes which were in the most beautiful outdoor setting. The villa itself was beautiful with its own private pool and garden, indoor and outdoor showers and complete privacy and relaxing bliss. I could feel any stress melt away immediately. The receptionist was also absolutely lovely and when I fell and hurt my knee she patched me up and sent me on my way with spare dressings and antiseptic - I was so very grateful for her kindness.

Class! Just an amazingly beautiful resort from the villas, to the pools and the authenticity of the property! Those meals were soooo delicious! The New Year’s Eve celebration was a welcome addition too! The staff were happy and so helpful! Easy to take the shuttle to the Monkey Forest! I enjoyed every minute!!

Everything was great

The property is absolutely stunning. We stayed in a pool villa but the communal pool itself is one of the nicest we have seen in a hotel. The hotel is set within beautifully manicured rice fields so it felt very authentic. Food is awesome at the restaurant. A proper luxury oasis in Bali.

We had a private pool but we didn’t get in because it wasn’t clean (bc of the mosquitoes and leaves).

The Ubud Village was beautiful and relaxing. We went there for our honeymoon. The villa was huge with a beautiful exterior and interior. We tasted different meals for dinner and they were all tasty. Breakfast and high tea was included. 10/10 Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

I think the restaurant could've been better. The live music was too loud.

The resort is very green and spacious. The main pool area is really nice and surrounded by trees. The spa was lovely. Very peaceful and it has the Ubud vibes. I would def stay there again.
