only thing i think needs improvement is the food. its not bad, but not quite what you would expect at such a fancy place. also the choices are pretty limited, and since its very remote you have to eat all your meals in the hotel. still the BEST hotel ever.

Absolutely nothing. if I have to pick one thing it would be the bit of a trek to the beach as this property is on a cliff.

The location, the service, the food and the property in general was just exceptional. Rizka, our butler was the best and took really great care of us. Would definitely look to go back here. it is also a perfect property for large families to holiday together.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at the Ungasan to finish up our trip in Bali. Our villa was beautiful - one of the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. The villas are part of a communal area with a shared pool which was great and absolutely stunning - the views from the infinity pool were incredible! All the staff were so friendly and very helpful. Special shout out to Adi at Sundays, and Lofan who was the butler when we arrived. We spent a couple of days at Sundays which was great. The beach is stunning and has lifeguards and a recreation team who bring out paddle boards and snorkels at low tide. We had a late flight and as there was availability we were lucky enough to be given a late check out which meant we were able to really enjoy our last day!

Wifi connection is not working in the most of the areas. Sundays beach club is full of people all the time.

Since we are not really party people and DJ music is not our thing, we didn’t really like the loud music at the beach from Sunday’s Beach Club. In our minds we imagined having a couple of relaxing days at the beach which was not always the case.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Relaxing vibe of the villa, mainly the poll area with ocean view. Delicious breakfast and food overall. Very nice beach.

We were very disappointed that the primary entrance for the PUBLIC to reach the beach is right through the hotel lobby, and the immediate grounds. Everything was so beautiful and then this troop of folks came through, and connoted to come through, to go to the beach. Once we found out that was how the resort is arranged, we stopped going to the beach and dining in the restaurant - and stayed in the villas - which were quite spectacular.

I can’t think of a single improvement-everything has been thought about. You will not get a sunset here but the resort is so perfect you’ll not mind at all!

Loved everything. From the moment we arrived we were looked after and staff ensured we had the best possible holiday experience. Our villa was stunning & Sundays beach club on site was fabulous. Facilities were great too. We played tennis & used the small gym. Also had spa treatments which were wonderful. Food was first class in villa dining & at the beach club. Villa staff are so discreet yet attentive. Absolute perfection - we did not want to leave.

it was absolutely magnificent. the staff were always attentive and kind. our butler Lofan could not have been better! the Sundays beach club was the perfect place to spend the day and the villas and hotel rooms were clean and gorgeous.

The spa and adjoining toilets (which are next to the restaurant and main pool) are unexpectedly run down, old and dingy. This definitely needs to brought up to the standard of the rest of the resort. We did however have a wonderful experience in the spa enjoying a massage and body scrub.

We loved the clifftop location and beautiful landscaping of the resort. Our villa was private, very well presented and had everything we needed. Breakfast, which can be taken in your room or at the restaurant, was delicious and plentiful. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, even bringing us painkillers during the night when requested.

Price is on the high end but you DO get what you pay for.

The service is exceptionally good. We have some issues with the room when we checked in but that was quickly and efficiently ratified. Very happy with the service and attentiveness of the staff. This is our second time. The view, the beach, and the food are just unforgettable. A must stay whenever in Bali.

The in villa dining menu was somewhat limited. Breakfast was sublime though, I would definitely put some of the breakfast dishes on the in villa dining menu! Rooms could get a touch up. The villa next door was under maintenance and gave some noise disturbance during the day. You could sense that they were starting up after being closed for years.

The service in particular is excellent, more then you can wish for! During our stay Riska and Alit took really good care of us and our 3 year old son. They were thinking with/for us and that gave us the ultimate holiday feeling. Breakfast was awsome!! The beach is beautiful, watch the low/high tide.. sometimes low tide comes when the sun is already gone. Villa Santai Sorga was lovely, the view, the pool, the gardens! Nice visit by a group of monkey every now and then. possibility to have an in villa BBQ with chef on the edge of the cliff is a must!
