We could not fault the staff and service. The facilities were great for kids. The only issue we encountered was no access to drinks until 11am as none of the cafes or restaurants open before this time, which was difficult with children. Overall a great place to stay.

They are renovating so all day and night! several jack hammers running, Very Loud!!! Not the best to relax on our honeymoon, had to use noise cancelling head phones to sit by the pool 😡

Fantastic hotel, close to the beach and near very nice restaurants and a multitude of shops. A very relaxed stay in that location. Also a phenomenal breakfast. We enjoyed the yoga and medititation sessions along with the pool games!

Went with wife and daughter, had a splendid stay. Staffs were super friendly and services were excellent. Room was spacious and comforting. The beds were amazing. Location was top notch with the beach opposite. The beach area was clean and fortunately the weather was great. Ikan restaurant menu was great and staffs very accommodating.my daughter enjoyed the kids club and a special thanks to Devi, Amy ,Tina, Yuli and Ayu for making her every visit to kids club a memorable one filled with activities. Thank you and maintain the great service. Will return again for sure

You can notice the hotel has undergone new renovations and everything looks great, new and good quality. Staff was very friendly and provided so much help and attention. The beach and pool are perfect to spend the day and relax. Additionally, the breakfast was spectacular, had so much variety, and all of it tasted great.

The rooms definitely need updating, the reception area was excellent, but when you got to your room, it was a little disappointing.

Wifi in the room was not good, the strength used to drop intermittently. The staff did attend it on complaining and also sent us the complementary goodies with a sorry message of caused inconvenience.

Nice campus, variety of restaurants, beautiful location, cleanliness, heavenly spa. Having authentic Indian food was a customer delight!

Extremely friendly and caring staff including hotel manger. Breakfast was an artisan show. Fresh products and well presented. Actual hotel was massive still you feel homey. Lots of activities. Best spa and massage called heavenly spa. Nice restaurants. And relaxing programs such as yoga, ice bath, sound bath. All just perfect. I am going back to Westin soon with my friends. Love this hotel. Strongly recommended.

The daytime dining wasn't great. The best value restaurant Velada was not open til 5pm. Only 1 restaurant with outside dining. We weren't at the hotel much to be fair. There are 10 hotels all side by side anyway to explore other dining options. Beach water had little stingers. Maybe sea lice or something. Ended up back in the pools. Be careful of the sun, it had some strength.

I liked the way the Manager dealt with our room booking issue. We arranged side by side rooms. We arrived at 230am and no side by side rooms. Then 9am room attendants woke us up. Obviously didn't get the memo. I spoke to the manager and she upgraded us to a 2 bed suite which was perfect. Then in the new suite there was a leak. Wasn't major. Requested a late checkout and was given til 4pm and the room dry cleaning was removed from the bill by the manager for the inconvenience of the room leak. It's small things like this that make a huge difference. Room attendants did a wonderful job all week. Breakfast was really good with a wide variety of options. The pools were great. Free bikes for everyone to ride. Super easy holiday. Stress free

There was nothing not to like, however they are doing some works on their new Premier rooms, and have areas cordoned off in some of the corridors. So you can hear the construction as you walk through but it’s not overly load and didn’t impact our stay at all.
