A special thanks to Tiwi and Mila from the Club Lounge for their outstanding hospitality. Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. Additionally, chefs Haris and Nasrulloh went above and beyond by preparing exclusive meals for us that weren’t even on the menu. Their culinary expertise and personalized service were unforgettable. Breakfast was a nice spread of local & international cuisine. However, I would prefer the cooked food to be hotter. Also wish the traffic situation (going back to the hotel in the afternoon) would improve somehow.

Loved many aspects of my stay - beautiful interior decor, clean & spacious rooms, proximity to the shops & the fabulous staff! 😊 The hotel staff are attentive to detail & will go the extra mile, which is especially important since I had an elderly parent on a wheelchair in my travel group. Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya!

The air circulation from the air-condition machine in our bedroom (Executive room), is a bit windy ..., got to turn the A/C off first before sleeping... We only use the A/C from the living room which is cold enough to make our bed-room breezy-cool-air feeling during the night.. Good quality meals from the room service, just a bit pricey ..

Location, cleanliness, comfy bed, big-nice bathroom, especially the water from the shower area stays in the shower area, easy access to the mall..

The breakfast was amazing, huge variety to choose from, every staff member made you feel comfortable and made sure you are well taken care of and served upon. The staff in the entire hotel is friendly, from the concierge to the check-in to the cleaners. They made our stay memorable and we will certainly be back.
