They should enhance the light at the entrance by that arrival would identify easily actullay not tough but little better

Amazing view, quiet area, very close-by supermarket and restaurants, 15mn drive to Ubud, luxury bathrooms (the outdoor shower was a highlight), great staff, everything that you need in the villa

there is quite a few bugs but the housemaid does a very good job in clearing them from the pool and indoors.

the housemaid Wayan was so sweet and caring. she was more then happy to book massages and drivers for us, and even helped with taking someone from our group to the hospital after hours. the villa was also very big, with comfortable beds and large kitchen.

This is a perfect place to stay. The hostess is so kind and gives you a feeling like „home“. She did her job very well and supports a lot. The villa is modern and in a very good condition. There is nothing to complain. I highly recommend this Villa!

The TV in the upstairs room didn’t have any channels.

This villa is amazing!! The location was fantastic, not too much of a drive from shops and cafes but very quiet with an amazing view. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Villa was very looked after and the pool was incredibly refreshing. There were only 4 of us but the villa would be perfect for a big group.

The open living space wasn’t ideal with all the bugs. There was also construction that started in the grassy fields directly in front of the villa. The showers are slightly uncomfortable as the downstairs showers have a large gap at the top opening to the street and the upstairs showers is completely open, with no roof and short walls.

Really spacious and great for a big group. The owners are lovely and clean the house everyday. The view overlooking the grassy fields at sunset is unreal. It is also located right next to a restaurant/massage place. The electricity went out in the middle of the night and the owners were right onto it and saved the day.

Unclean chairs in the kitchen and that is the first thing you see when you enter the main door of the villa, the pool towels are bad, the villa is old ,privacy is not optimal, the shower rooms are half open from the top , thr sealing of windows and doors is not good , insects and small lizards are common because of the location of the villa neighbouring a bush field , overpriced

Less then 24 hours before arriving was told our first night booking was double booked. (had booked several months in advance) 3 days of power issues, including fridge which we had to throw food out as it had spoilt. Doors didn’t shut properly so had to lock them with key to keep closed for aircon to work. Didn’t like the idea of locking my child in a room overnight, especially as power kept going out so he slept with me while husband slept downstairs.

The pool was fantastic, clean and refreshing. House keeper and her husband was very friendly and caring helping us with property issues. Great location, more rural. Bottom rooms recently repainted. Smart TV with Netflix.

There are some serious issues that need urgent attention at the property. Lower level rooms - mould, musty and mildew. The smell is very over powering and makes your throat sore throughout the night. I would recommend no one to stay in the bottom levels and these rooms should be closed for safety reasons. Toilet / Bathrooms - The toilet blocks used are intense. They are extremely potent in smell and cause headaches. These scented blocks are also tied to the air conditioning vents to scent the rooms. It is honestly over kill and makes staying in the rooms almost unbearable. Water - The water worked intermittently. We had several issues throughout our 2 day stay. Amenities - The only thing provided for bathroom care was 1 hand soap. The bottles of shampoo and body wash are used refilled bottles from other guests. This is not something that should be shared between different guests. We checked out a day early after speaking to the owner who supported a refund due to the issues.

The property is situated beautifully surrounding afar rice fields. It holds a beautiful aesthetic on the outside. The pool is lovely along with the verandahs off the upper level rooms. I cannot express how kinda the host was. She made the bad expierance tolerable.

The Villa was very shabby and very poorly maintained. The rooms on the ground floor smelt damp and musty. The kitchen was very unhygienic and we were hesitant to use any of the crockery and utensils. The Villa needs urgent maintenance and renovation.

It was Quiet Villa with a good swimming Pool.

CCTV in the kitchen and living room, the pool and in the sitting areas outside. We felt this was an invasion of our privacy and could not totally relax.
