We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The pool is the only notable part of this property. However, the service I experienced by the pool was very poor.

Indonesiatop-notch service, the location and the F&B selection
We had a wonderful time staying at Como Uma Ubud. The villa is clean and what impressed us the most is the level of service they provided. All the staffs are super friendly and attentive. Our daughter had a blast participating in many different activities such as egg painting, balinese painting and dancing. We enjoyed the breakfast options and it was something that we looked forward every morning. Como Uma Ubud is simply one of our best Bali experiences. Thank you Pak Dwi and all his staffs for your impeccable service. We’ll come back for sure.
