We had a huge family reunion in bali around 20 of us. our cousins wedding was in a nearby hotel so we chose this place. Firstly the staff is star of the show. Just so helpful and kind. Level of service is incredible. thanks to all the staff for making this stay so great. Great Pools Great Breakfast Rooms are good

SwedenThe road noise is disturbing. When a dated truck (and there are lot of those) tries to climb uphill the main island throughfare just outside the hotel, the engine noise is heard wide and far, all day and night. This is not for those who think they will wake up to bird noises.

AustraliaI added the half board to my stay but actually you have just very limited choices and moreover the staff was confused about what we can or cannot order from the menu. Also, unfortunately, from the room you hear all the traffic noise and it’s hard to sleep well.
Staff was amazing and really welcoming, I would book this hotel just for them.

Saudi ArabiaFew areas of improvement noticed over my 2 week stay. The property seems like a hotspot for large local group events, especially on weekends. This results in most of the staff being engaged for the event and delay in room service/ cleaning which can even be skipped a day or two. This can be a little nuisance if you are travelling with kids. Apart from the receptionists, the other staff doesn’t speak or understand much english. The breakfast is a huge spread but is repetitive.
Great location. Friendly staff. Daily supplies and grocery stores within walking distance. A special mention for Inul, Ary and Aya who were very helpful. The view from outside the room overlooking the GWK statue is nice. The play area for the kids, breakfast area overlooking the city is great.

KuwaitAir Conditing kept breaking and not working after mid night twice which disturbs our sleep, on top of the extreme noise from the street even though we were on the 9th floor, it sounded like we were standing on the street that how loud the street noise was in our room. The hotel is good but I wouldn’t stay in it as well because the location is extremely inconvenient for a scooter. And a bit far from Uluwato, the street is so busy.
Clean and great! Great staff and everything we requested was accommodated, the pool gym and massage were great.

RussiaThe only negative this was the location which was not convenient if you like to walk around !!! It isnt like Kuta / leigan / seminyak - were tourist and shops are through out your sight !! The hotel is not located in a touristic area for walking around. !! The other thing, was my room view !! Some rooms , like mine , has no view at all !! my room was facting a back yard scattered trees!!! And my room was with no balcony !! So my advice , try yo pick up a room in floor 5 with direct access to pool .( this is the best ) Or at least any room with a balcony and pool view.
The staff is one of the best which I encounter in bali... all were very helpful and willing to do the maximum for guests comfort. The room was large ...and very comfortable. The shower was very clean . The facilities were perfect. The morning breakfast was great and delicious.

I got upgraded to a room with balcony. However my balcony directly faced the uphill main road. So expect piercing sound of revving motorbikes and heavy-loaded trucks. They provided ear plugs meaning they're aware of this situation, however, the plugs did not help much. Mattress was a bit too hard for me and their pillows easily sunk. You can notice that the hotel building is aging and whiff of old building was prevalent in the room.
Their staff service is above and beyond from front desk until breakfast crews. The breakfast crews are extremely attentive bunch. I think their above par service overcompensate for what's lacking in their physical hotel building.

United KingdomThe road passing the hotel, very steep and obviously problematic for heavy vehicles to use, causing very loud noise at all times of day and night from their engines as they try to negotiate the steep hill. Can be disturbing during night time.
Location was excellent for our needs. Good choice for breakfast and excellent service. Very friendly staff during meal times and always welcoming, they do their best to please all.
