Facilities showing their age. Cracked basins, leaking showers, slow drainage. Noisy fan. Rusty fridge door.

Location very close walking distance to seafood restaurants on Jimbaran Bay. Important as weather was wet and stormy. Still picturesque from dining inside. Indulged almost daily. Cooked to order breakfast in villa excellent. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Even organised a surprise cake for my husband’s 70th birthday and cables so we could watch the Grand Prix live from Melbourne. Very private.

Very well maintained and well appointed villa in a lovely complex. Nice quiet area close to the beach, restaurants and good hotels but still with a local feel. Close to the airport so no traffic nightmares. Freshly cooked breakfast in the villa each morning and very nice staff.

Our villa, was looking a little tired and in need of some upgrading to surfaces, tapware and soft furnishings. The tropics are a harsh environment and things need to be carefully maintained to keep them looking good with everything working. We had problems with water ingress into the living area due to blocked gutters, a leaking aircon unit and appliances and blinds that were not working. Staff were responsive and attended to issues quickly and without fuss.

Great location close to the beach, nice hotels, restaurants and shops. Not too far from the airport. Great sense of space and nice pool. The villa was comfortable and had a lovely rustic Balinese feel and charm. The villa was serviced daily including cleaning the pool and tidying the garden. Good breakfast cooked to order each day in the villa.

Beautiful villas, spacious but still very private. Stunning traditional Balinese style, beautiful pool and outdoor setting. Quiet area very near the beach and beachfront seafood restaurants, away from the hustle of busier areas in Bali but easy to get to beautiful beaches towards Uluwatu or Nusa Dua by grab.

Amazing! The villa is very spacious. We have amazing butler, Fery, who prepares breakfast for us every morning. He responds to questions very quickly and helpful. The pool is cleaned daily. Also, the birthday decorations in the room were arranged with detailed prior communication, and the result was satisfying. Thank you to the team for their hard work.

Our Buttler Dedi was fantastic. His fresh cooked breakfast and his Kienes and support was outstanding. He made our arrival and stay remarkable.

Ownership of the villas are split between Nakula and Karma, with Karma being the property management company. This causes some miscommunication and delayed responses.

Breakfast was great, prepared everyday by our butler and his assistant. Staff was very friendly and ready to help. Our butler (Anom) was the best - super friendly and accommodating. Location was excellent - right across the street from Jimbaran beach. The villa was exceptionally clean.

The area isn't particularly well located for shops and a range of external restaurants. The breakfast that was made for us each day was nice but not amazing (wouldn't be a negative if it wasn't for the amazing standard set in many places in Bali!)

Loved the amazing spacious and private villa. Having our own pool made for a great family retreat. Sound system in situ. Staff arranged massages in the villa for 6 people on short notice.

The separate bedroom building was very sparce with no additional furnishings like couch or chairs inside or tv, hairdryer etc, making it feel a little bare compared to the main house. The was also a leak from the air-conditioning unit infront of the wardrobe upstairs. The pool area got next to no sun through the day.

The villa was in a great location for access to the beach and a short walk to the main street. The main part of the villa was lovely and had a very nice working kitchen as well as an extra toilet. Wulan was lovely and extremely helpful.

Common area (living, dining and kitchen) had a musty smell. Fallen dried leaves in the courtyard, lounge chairs and dipping pool. Although the staff tried their best to clear them every morning, it was almost impossible to avoid.

Close to the beach. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Above all, friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful staff who were willing to go above and beyond their call of duty. The service provided by Fery was top notch. He deserved a medal!
