Reception was so quick to help with our every request & query. Plus all the staff were so so 'friendly & polite' The staff were so communicative between shifts. Unknown to us, a misunderstanding at dinner left a waitress thinking I was Gluten intolerant, when we went to breakfast the next morning, I was approached by a member of staff explaining all of their Gluten free dishes and offering to supply 'off menu' dishes if needed. It turned out that all waiting staff & chefs had been notified as they came on duty. It took a minute to clarify that I'd no issue with Gluten, then he both apologised for 'the mistake', said he'd let everyone know so I'd not be interrupted again and apologised for disrupting my breakfast...

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the hotel. Our room is beautifully furnished. The entire service of the hotel is much better than we thought. The massage, the restaurant food and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is extraordinary. The music on the beach was really romantic. Everything is simply wonderful. Thank you for everything!

Breakfast wasn't that good, water fountain would be more cost efficient than bottles of water I believe. Would also help with situation the island has with plastic.

I loved how quiet it was, the room was very clean and spacious, service was outstanding, location was great, right next to the ocean. The food in the restaurant was fantastic, tasted very good at a good price. Very peaceful.

No hot water, takes 15-20 minutes to arrive and pressure low. A bit of a waste with a beautiful bathtub and showers we never used. No tv only Netflix and internet which was unreliable. Given this is a 5 star resort it was a bit disappointing.

It would be great if the hotel can also provide hand towels, not only shower and beach. When checking in, would be beneficial if you can also share info about the different facilities available, like spa, gym and etc. If your staff can provide more information on Bali, like how to get to the south, or travel to the islands, this would be helpful for your guests. They don't need to know everything, but can check the websites and share the info. For example, I asked the best way to reach Gili Islands and your receptionist said it was through padang bai, although I saw There were options from Amed, which is closer to Lovina. I asked to search and tell me, but no one came back to me. So it would help me to know the best option, where to get the tickets and etc. Also if the room is located on the ground floor and someone flushes from the top floor, the sound of water is like a waterfall. Not so great to hear that at night

It was a great stay, amazing territory! The pool area on the beach is so beautiful! Breakfasts are delicious and different everyday. Massage was excellent, I recommend you to check it out! Very green territory and super clean.

The breakfast buffet is a bit repetitive but tasty. Not really a location you’ll walk around, however that’s also a part of its appeal.

Wonderfully private and quiet. Villa is spacious and comfortable - the bed even more so. Staff are great - helpful from the moment I landed in Denpasar until the end of my stay.

It wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed, but enough to be comfortable. It was also quite difficult to go anywhere other than the hotel grounds as so pedestrian access outside, but the food and drinks were good enough that it didn’t cause an issue

Wonderfully comfortable bed, food and drinks were excellent too. Staff service was top notch! We did the Bali cooking experience which was FANTASTIC - note to any prospective bookers, don’t eat beforehand! We also went on the dolphin trip and snorkelling as arranged by the hotel, and these were both also excellent.

You could tell that our villa was prepared in rush for our stay hence some cleaning issues in some places.

Last two nights bed bug bites! Boys cleaning was shoddy No supervisor Fish pond badly needs cleaning Spice Beach Club in COntrast gave us food poisoning twice!
