Everything, absolutely EVERYTHING was incredible. The main desk staff (Budi) & restaurant staff (Galang) were polite, helpful & always looking forward our best comfort and interests. Immaculate villa, with outstanding and specially unbelievable clean bathroom. The place is quite and with a wonderful terrace to enjoy the sunset; made our stay like a dream. We loved the villa, private swimming pool, location, and the friendly staff who took our stay to the next level. We were very impressed by Komang Andi, who served our breakfast. He was very attentive, helpful and professional. This is what excellent customer service looked like to us. Also, thank Pak Gede, who welcomed us on our late-night arrival.

Beautiful and quiet retreat. It’s not really possible to walk along the beach into town, but the hotel shuttle was easy to organise at the front desk. Super clean and well maintained property.

Reason it’s not 10/10 is the restaurant, unfortunately the food isn’t great (selection or quality) and then also there is construction at the hotel which we didn’t mind until the last day at breakfast we just rushed to leave as it was so so loud. The server did apologise twice (the staff are amazing here they really are a credit to the hotel)

The villa was amazing!! Way bigger than expected and we hadn’t realised that we would have our own pool. The bed was so comfortable, would have loved to take the pillows with us🤣 The staff were so friendly and the free shuttle to lovina town was really handy.

Can't give any negative comments as we loved everything.

Service from the staff made us feel like we were royalty. Best service we have ever experienced. The villas are huge and amazing. Literally less than a minute stroll from your villa to the beach. Had an amazing trip to the dolphins and sunrise, hotel arranged and we ordered massage treatments and they came to the villa, also heavenly. This villa is located around 3 hours from the airport but only works out at around 40 euro for the taxi. We went to 5 different places in Bali, some 5 star and this was my favourite. So peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. Food and cocktails were delicious. Staff was top class.

The villas were beautiful, quiet and clean. The main complex pool overlooks the beach and sunset and they put beanbags on the sand, great place for a cocktail to watch the sunset. The staff were very friendly, it’s a lovely peaceful location, they provide a buggy into the town

location is great but requires approximately 4 hours from airport to arrive please plan for your journey ahead of time, grab from airport is an absolute no as the prices are crazy, better to arrange with the hotel.

Breakfast limited, restaurant food can be improved. Ideally the rooms have proper locks instead of pad locks :) But overall dont let this small thing put you off, the place is very safe, this is feedback to the hotel

The Villas are a bit too far from the main area of Lovina. we didn’t know that there was a free shuttle until towards the end of our stay. We would have taken advantage of if we had have known earlier. Because getting transport to and from Lovina’s restaurants wasn’t easy (we could pay Rp150,00 for a lift in the shuttle) we ate a lot in the restaurant. Unfortunately the menu is very limited. We quickly went through the things we liked. We ordered a rendang which had hardly any meat in it and the meat that was in it was too tough. At least the flavour was good. We had the same issue with the sweet and sour fish: 5 tiny pieces of fish as big as a thumb nail. Given Villandra is right on the beach we found this quite odd.

We really loved our 2 bedroom pool villa. Large, clean bedrooms with lovely en-suite bathrooms, including a free standing bath. The pool was a good size. We spent a lot of time lazing by the pool reading. We must commend the staff at Villandra, they were great: friendly and helpful at all times😄. We loved our stay here despite the restaurant menu!

Spacious Villa with large bedroom and bath. Completely private outdoors with a garden, pool, and open-air pantry with a fridge. Excellent landscaping and all professionally maintained. Very helpful staff. They did everything to make our stay comfortable. Very good restaurant with very good food. Opulent breakfast! The private pool is 1.6m deep and big enough to have a meaningful swim.

There was construction right outside my room in front of the restaurant and beach area. At the time I was the only one staying in the Villa so I didn't want to ask them to stop but if I were to do it again I would ask to be moved to another room.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful!
