Everything was amazing! The location is right next to the beach, and the beach is stunning. Free sunbeds, comfortable whenever you want. The room was super clean, the bathroom outside so beautiful. Also the breakfast, delicious! They have restaurant with terrace where you can order lunch and dinner too.

Just the private pool for our room is not very clean but next door is very clean not sure why. Anyway the staff compensated us by giving us free bike rental throughout our stay and 1 free t shirt. Also they allowed us to swim next door in 1 of the day, as no one was staying.

All the staff are very friendly and good service. Really make our stay a great one. Just infront can snorkel which is really good.

Wilson’s retreat is amazing! The beach, pool and restaurant area so relaxing, clean, chill, out of a vacation postcard. The staff is so nice, friendly and they spoiled us during our stay. Also the room & bathroom were so big, clean, we loved having a drink on out terrace. overall we loved Wilson so much that we extended our trip with 2 more days so we can stay in Paradise :) highly recommend this place, plus they have the best food on the island, cheers!

Should improve cleaning of blankets and towels and swimming pools. Many mosquitoes. Bicycles and snorkelling equipment should be free for guests with penalty if lost or damaged.

The devil is in the details, and the place needs to work on details... such as tables are not clean, beach chairs are not ready to be used in the morning, the pool did not look clean etc... Open bathroom means a lot of mosquitos. As the place is more remote, restaurants overcharge.

The room was lovely. The bathroom concept is nice but the shower needs to be cleaner. The staff was generally kind. Breakfast was excellent, especially the avocado toasts.

None, everything was perfect !

The hotel was strategically located, it was in the quieter area but not far from the centre of the activities. Very easy access to a beautiful beach, the beach was just across the hotel. The room was very nice and clean. We stayed in Julu 2 room, near the pool and restaurant. The staff were very friendly, warm, helpful and attentive. They did beyond and above the expectations. They knew what we wanted and knew us by our names which was really nice.

Pool towels are a little worn but other than that nothing

We stayed in a one bedroom pool villa which was spacious, the staff are amazing and very friendly. The beach is beautiful, the snorkelling as good as the Maldives. Walking distance to the busy port but lovely and quiet area. Easy to get to by fast boat, and staff helped us with private speed boat to Lombok.

We were initially given a room which did not have an effective air conditioner. The staff remedied the situation and shifted us to a different room, but it took a bit longer than we had hoped. Apart from that, had a great time at the stay. The Wi-Fi: Had to keep logging in every 15-30 minutes (on an iPhone). My partner has an android, and did not face this issue.

The room was nice, and the included breakfast had several options. The swimming pool at the property was mostly clean, and staff was mostly helpful and responsive. Has bicycles and snorkelling equipment that can be rented. The location of the property is great. It is not on the east side of the island, which was crowded and noisy. Being located in the quieter part of the island worked for us.

The wi-fi. You need you authenticate every time you use it, it is really annoying and the signal is nou that good.

Tha staff is amazing, the location is beautiful, also the food and drinks at the restaurant. Extra points for the breakfast on the beach, the amazing croissants and the fruit juices! We loved it!!! Highly recommended!

Rental bikes are in a really bad shape, like dangerously no brakes shape.

The location was great, right next to the beach. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, and the staff was really friendly. I don't give it a 10 just because the restaurant has room to improve and the rental bikes are in a reallyyy bad shape.

1. Dental kit is not provided. 2. Breakfast options are limited. 3.Property has cycle renting option which is great, but no E-bike option or contacts for people who would prefer that over cycling.

Wilsons Retreat was a perfect getaway on Gili T. It’s located on the quiet side of the island, about a 30-minute walk from the harbor. The staff were fantastic, the restaurant food was delicious. The rooms are comfortable and are equipped with everything you need for a short stay!

The property was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The staff were amazing and so were the breakfasts. Perfect location - quiet but not too far to bike into the hustle and bustle. Amazing snorkelling at the beach behind the resort, including sea turtles!

I didn’t find fault but read the reviews saying beach is nice next to the property but it’s not walkable nor can u swim it has very sharp corals / rocks . That in no way dampened our joy or pleasure !

Highlight of Wilson’s retreat for us was the Julu suite (very well designed and impeccably clean ) , the highly courteous and professional staff especially the front office and kitchen staff (the servers make the dining extremely comfortable) and the three cats on the property ( every guest I saw interacted with the fur babies ) they make it so much more special for guests ! A humble request to the owners “please make sure the cats are well fed ) the babies seemed hungry and skinny looking ! Highly recommend renting the bicycles from the property as they were the most reasonably priced we found on the island .

The ride by horse and cart to the Main Street on the other side of the island is quite long and bumpy, especially with 3 children, but was not really a problem and for us it was more of a benefit being on the peaceful and quiet side of the island with great snorkeling.

Our family of 5 spent the perfect week at this lovely place, swimming everyday off the beach with turtles and good coral with lots of marine life. It is in a very quiet and peaceful part of the island which we loved. In the evenings the hotel next door played an outdoor movie on the big screen with popcorn and candy floss for the kids. The staff were lovely throughout and helped organise a birthday meal on the beach for our son’s 13th. It is very clean and offers a good breakfast. The kids loved the private pool in our two bed villa and the fantastic, big, outdoor bathrooms.
