“We spent 4 days situated right next to the cathedral 2 out of the 4 nights were absolutely ruined because of the other tenants from 12 am to 4 am constantly laughing talking and other moanings and grounings !!! We had to sit in the kitchen for 4 hours 2 nights running a lack of sleep absolutely spoilt our holiday especially when travelling with your daughter it was very embarrassing The shower was extremely noisy and no complimary tea bags or milk would have been nice to not run to the shop straight away”

“I approached reception about 1445pm to see if the room was ready, they advised it wasn’t and to come back after 1500pm. When I returned after 1500pm the room was ready. However, when I went to the room the notice on the door advised it had been cleaned the previous day.. why lie at reception. !!!
If they advised no early check ins ( even 15 minutes ) I would understand, but to blatantly lie does not set up a good customer service experience as a first impression. Overall the hotel is excellent and the location could not be better.”
