The breakfast was lovely, although it would have been good to have had an option of veggie sausages as I don't eat meat.

I've stayed at Cassidy's before, albeit it was approx. 12/13 years ago. The staff are wonderful and friendly. There was a group of us staying, separately booked and I recommended this hotel based upon it's location.

I liked everything

We didn't have Breakfast as we had a very early hospital appointment, but we had dinner and dessert the evening before. All the food was beautiful. Very relaxed. Nice atmosphere. Some people there having bit to eat, others having a drink. I had my son with me. He's a wheelchair user. The staff were a great help, supplying a shower chair. Putting ramp down at front to get us in and out. They have a really good and caring way about them 🙂

Overall, a great stay! The rooms don’t have AC. So we were lucky with good weather so we were able to crack a window. The TV doesn’t get a lot of channels, all but one channel worked for us. Otherwise, it was a good location, very friendly staff, and we LOVED that they offered private parking for a fair price.

Fab stay here, very clean and comfortable, nice fluffy fresh towels everyday, reception staff were delightful. Didn't eat here as the menu was a bit limited for me. Lovely bar and great WiFi reception. Very helpful when I forgot to book parking for the 3 days we were there and found us a space for 1st night and booked us on for second 2 nights. Great location, so all in all a very pleasant stay, thank you 😊

Made very welcome, all staff so helpful and friendly. Really have time for you. Very good value for money as it is a lovely hotel with good service. Happy to arrange taxi for you at any time. Room was so comfortable and clean, very good housekeeping. We had breakfast a couple of days and it was excellent, again very good service from friendly staff, couldn't do enough for you. Excellent choice too. Would recommend to anyone and if we return to Dublin anytime we would definately stay there.

Our room was cold, staff gave us a heater but there was a draught from the window so they moved us to a warm room which was great!

Clean big hotel. We had a room for 4. The beds are super comfortable, we slept like in the clouds. Just the way to the room was really difficult to find and remember, going through all the corridors. The breakfast was tasty, but not very much choice. In the room and bathroom was a little but cold in the end of March.

Some breakfast items were a bit dried out eg bacon and black pudding - lidded containers would have helped.

Location was excellent : right across the road from the Gate Theatre and close to the city centre. Internal layout was quirky presumably because it is a development based in several brownstone-type houses. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly.
