Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The toilets were very dirty in hotel reception area. The price for one night was €269 from 4pm till 12 is crazy thats not even 24hrs. The following week is €140 because it's not a bank holiday this seems bad practice.
The room and the food and mojito in bar was really nice. Close to the town.

It was almost perfect. Just a little issue with a room service form not being provided on 2nd day. Called to reception to get one, and the man couldn't find one... someone did drop one up to room. Housekeeping obviously missed it. (this also happened previously) Also tv remote was temperamental, working, and then not working.
Comfortable room, ease of parking and good food. Room service staff were great as usual.

Nothing - everything worked out very well.
Lovely hotel right in the heart of town. Very friendly staff everywhere and a lovely choice of food and drink. The hotel is spotless and bedrooms are very comfortable. Disappointed it was only the one night. Will be back again.

The restaurant is very big and feels and could do with being made more cosy - maybe with better lighting.
Very cosy reception and main bar area. The room was very spacious and had a fantastic view .

The music in the bar wasn’t good Not just this hotel but all hotels should have a variety of channels on TV not just 5/6 channels.

There was quite a Q for the breakfast buffet on Saturday morning and while staff did their best to keep the food topped up, it was disappointing to have to wait for certain items and one of the 2 coffee machines was broken ......
Fantastic location with parking facilities, quiet and comfortable rooms and good overall facilities.

We dined in the hotel one night and I thought the curry could have been a bit hotter as it was only luke warm when served. Not really a criticism but the shower in the room is over the bath whereas I find a walk in shower preferable
Great location, walking distance to anything in Wexford town. Loads of friendly staff about. Ample free parking. Brilliant Leisure center with pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Cleanliness was excellent. We also thought the breakfast was great, one of best breakfast buffets I've had, so much choice from cooked breakfast, to pasties, cereal, fruit etc.

We arrived later than we would normally but the check-in staff were so friendly. We were upgraded to a suite so that was a lovely surprise. We had bar food that night and it was really good. We had starters and they were big portions. Breakfast the next morning was very nice and lots of choice. I would recommend Whites to anyone.

Water pressure wasn't good in the shower and the water temp wasn't great either. I had rang ahead to pay and book in for thermal suites, when we got to thermal suites, front reception hadn't booked us across. We went the day after, which was lovely but a little inconvenient
Room was very clean and beds were cosy, breakfast was nice, there was a decent selection and a coffee machine you could keep going back for more.

The signage around the hotel was hard to follow. e.g. On one occasion we were in the underground car park and we followed a sign for main street shopping which led us into a dead end. While finding our way out we met another couple that were having the same problem. It wasnt a big deal though.
The room was absolutely spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Food in the bar was excellent as well and the lady tidying the rooms was very professional. Thank You
