Plunge pool was out of order They didn’t sing happy birthday with our dads dessert as requested but they were pretty busy Couldn’t push the 2 single beds together in the bedroom

The view from the hotel room could have been a lot nicer but this isn't necessarily up to the hotel.

Breakfast was quite good compared to other hotels we have been to, very efficient system and the breakfast hall had a nice atmosphere, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the car park was easy to access.

Room very clean and warm ,bed was comfortable , good variety of food for breakfast dining room was spacious and bright. Dinner menu good and price reasonable ,nice to have option of half portion for dinner.

lack of a view from our bedroom, we were looking into the back walls of other houses....

Hotel was really nice, breakfast was very good. Hotel location in the town was very convenient. We stayed for two nights and the rate for Saturday night was very high, we were attending the Opera house on this night so it was the most convenient . The Sunday night rate for b&b was more reasonable.

Expensive drink and food but dinner was fantastic and sad to say breakfast was a let down , toast burnt and cold , didn’t like the taste of the sausages and the rest was dry.

Very noisy at night from local night life. Not a very nice bar and unfortunately the menus didn't suit us

I didn't like how there was no Internet access on the TV which meant apps weren't accessible. For the price we paid, I would have liked to have that comfort.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional. We came with our 2 year old daughter and our room was the perfect size for the 3 of us. We loved the pool and dined in the bar both nights. The food, portion sizes and staff were amazing.

Spacious suite. Well presented and very clean. Staff were very helpful whilst being professional and the ease of parking is always a bonus.. Room service was on time, hot and very tasty. An excellent location.

Very unhelpful lady at receptionist,booking us in when we arrived on Wed 21st August at 14.40 to 14.40approx. There was a small error with my booking and we spent some time that afternoon and evening trying to resolve it, the first few hours of our break -away were taken up with this. I was travelling with my daughter and two grandsons.I eventually looked for the manager who was most helpful and sorted the problem straight away. I wish to thank him most sincerely for his courtesy, professionalism and help. Margaret, Co Tipperary

Room ground floor -610- but feels like a basement- it was a normal room, but v gloomy as there was scaffolding outside the window & girders /supports for walls in square courtyard outside. Felt v claustrophobic!! Surprising to pay for overnight parking - never did before.

2 small things, first was the pillows are very high on your neck, and the bath had brown water in the bath when you first turn it on. It does rinse out. Small things that definitely wouldn't stop me from coming back.. 😁

So close to all amenities, very clean hotel and the food was lovely. We will stay there again in the future, staff were so helpful. Highly recommend staying there to anyone.

Bar food was poor There was a mouldy smell outside the lift on the entrance to the bedroom area of rooms 610-629 Think you shouldn’t have to pay for parking as room rates are expensive enough

It’s the perfect location for a visit to Wexford, right in the middle of the town Fantastic breakfast Lovely swimming pool which was spotless

The Air con wasn't cool enough for such a warm night. The service in the bar/restaurant was not up to scratch. Long wait for food. At one stage I was told I was on the wrong side of the circular bar to be served a drink although I had gotten my previous order from that same side! Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was good and the service was excellent.

Check in Staff were efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Ordered a starter before going upstairs to get ready for a wedding. I wanted the chips with cheese and bacon but was told that the oil was being changed so it would be a 20 minute wait. So instead I ordered the chicken wings and told by the waitress that I would have it before 20 minutes. This was not the case. Waited for 30 mins asked another waitress who was going to check. Waited another 10 mins asked again to be told that the wings were in another fryer and the oil was just changed. It was a waiter I spoke to that was very apologetic. But had to leave hungry. I could have ordered something else if I was told that the chicken was fried and oil was being changed for that also.

We got a bit confused a couple of times getting to the room

Perfect location in wexford town. Friendly staff. Room was great. Really nice court yard area to sit outside and coffee dock near reception.
