didn’t like that the balcony is not really private And you can hear people in the hallway but for me it wasn’t really a bother But other than that I highly recommend staying at the hotel!

I liked the view at my hotel room in the balcony The food was good The fact that the place has a private beach is really nice And the hotel allowed me to have a late check out in shabat without having to pay more which was reasonable

As we walked in Iris and Osama, managing the reception and check-in were super helpful and friendly. A well run hotel ! The food was good and the hotel had a good atmosphere.

Excellent room with beautiful view. Wonderful spa. Very friendly and helpful service, partic at reception desk and spa. Food was decent, not wonderful, but plentiful and fresh. Hotel has been refurbished and looks well maintained.

The service isn’t great from the front desk and cleaning crew. The feather pillows in the rooms are too short and thin and there was no alternative. The outdoor pool isn’t heated so it was ice cold in October (but the Dead Sea water was much warmer and the spa has a heated pool).

elevators tk the floors take a loooot of time breakfast is ok but not more than this room is ok but balconies very close so you sit there without any privacy and here averybody around.. and there is a lot of people around. very noisy

We arrived in total for one night, which is definitely not enough. The hotel is simply great - beautiful and pleasant and not to mention the welcoming attitude of the staff members. Everyone here is charming and smiling, comes over to help and gives much more than is necessary. The support and the wonderful treatment from the staff is something that simply cannot be conveyed in words and upgrades the whole experience many times over. The hotel is aesthetic, clean and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the view from the balcony, even in rooms that do not directly face the sea, is amazing. There is an atmosphere of calm and quiet - and the spa, the gym and the pool are all at a very high level. The beach of the hotel is simply a piece of heaven in its beauty, and simply wonderful to stay there. The breakfast was also great. In short - an excellent place, I will definitely come back and highly recommend it to friends! Many thanks to all the staff members and especially to Shahaf from the reception, the lovely bartender and Zodie the staff member.

That in the spa they didn’t have enough towels, i was always waiting to get, they didn’t the room as well even if i stay 2 nights, but still i would come back

Very repetitive menu. Staff was friendly. Otherwise, all was good .

Most people and staff were very friendly. Rooms are very comfortable. Atmosphere very friendly. All around, very pleased will definitely be back and will tell my friends to come over.

The cleaning staff throughout the hotel were the most professional, polite and pleasant. The staff, especially at the reception, are much too casual in how they speak to customers. One of the workers at the reception even had an argument on the phone with a customer and threatened to put the phone down. This is inappropriate and gives the hotel a very bad first impression, long before I have received the keys to my room.

Very convenient to Dead Sea beach, nice swimming pool, very clean room with good views, Breakfast had plenty selection although a different type of breakfast to our usual it was very good

There were no clear signs to forbid smoking in the swimming pool area. And no smoking regulation was not engorced in the swimming pool vicinity.

Parking lot at the hotel was full. Had to pay for public parking. Made a mistake and got a parking ticket.

The noise from below. Staff out smoking had long and loud diskussions which ruiner the chili of the night.
