Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Almost no notes here. However, I left a thing in the room in the rush of an early check-out, and having contacted the hotel about this and the possibility of retrieving the item, the communication went silent and eventually I did not get my thing back. So better communication online is advised.
The location, in the very middle of the bazaar is very convenient. Just 10 minutes away (on foot) to the New Delhi Station, and only a short walk to Ramakrishna Mission. The price to value ratio is good. The room had no actual window, but given the constant noise on the busy street outside that's not really an issue for someone seeking rest. I really liked the complimentary biscuits, a drink, and an amenity set.

"All Iz Well Hotel" is situated in the middle of Main Bazar, a fantastic location. The people at the reception have been very hospitable and kind. The room was clean and the bad was comfortable. The only concern were the bugs in the room but I am sure that this issue will be solved shortly.

I am very glad to share an incident with all, on 08/02/2025, I checked out from the Hotel and reached my home in the evening. Then I found that my gold chain is not with me. As per me memory concern, I kept it in the bathroom of my room (2013) during bathig. Immediately I contacted to the manager of the renowned Hotel, he took few moment and replied that the gold chain was with them and they kept it safely. On 09/02/2025, they hended over the chain to my coleague who checked out on 9th of Feb 25 as per my request. I would like to thank to the staff of the Hotel and felling very proud that honesty is still in our blood. May God Bless them.

I was sleeping and in the middle of the night someone came to knock on my door at 1am saying he wants to bring me more water. I am solo female traveller and of course I didn’t want to open the door. I don’t know if they got mixed up with some other customer but I certainly didn’t feel good to be woken up in the night with some man behind my door knocking. I called the reception after this and they didn’t even apologise about what happened or gave me any explanation.
The property is in a nice location with so many shopping options and restaurants nearby. Room was nice and comfortable. Bed was good. A man who worked day time at the reception was very friendly.

Room was clean but the smell from cleaning perfume should be changed... felt kike newly painted room.
Its in the market area and walkable to the train station and also where you can explore local food and shopping.

Few plugs don't work . Bathroom can be more cleaner . TV had an issue , corrected later . No English news papers .
Good location, busy road though. Close to all kinds of eateries . Room was quite big. Good value for money .metro station and NDLS are about 590 mm away on either side . Room was very silent

Room size vary for rhe same price range need to really request to see a couple of rooms before finalizing
In the heart of the city right near the New Delhi Railway station so proximity to everywhere Also 24 hours kitchen is great as we had an early departure on all days of our stay Mattress had worn out and very uncomfortable

Charge even for Water. Wi Fi doesn’t work European Toilets but with no Jet. You have to use a mug. That’s ridiculous
