Due to the off-side location of the hotel it was a bit more difficult to get Uber taxi. Reception manager Mr. Amid offered either a hotel car for INR 6.000 plus taxes for a 20min drop to Merauli (ridiculous high) or being left to your own to arrange something else. Have rarely seen such an uncooperative men in Indian hotels. Mr. Rishabh sensed the situation and was very helpful to arrange the taxi and reconfirmed the booking with the taxi driver by phone. The Chinese restaurant was blocked for wedding venues in 2 out of 3 evenings. This reduces the use for hotel guests and causes significant more loudness on the floors. The hotel has significant signs of ageing in the rooms. We were curious from what we saw on the internet, but probably would not come again.

Garden area is nice, breakfast at Kiyan terrace good with very polite staff A disturbing vibrant noise was solved quickly by two technicians.

Restaurant staffs need more training in customer service. Had to wait long, was ignored by the staffs. Restaurant was busy but then ignoring a guest is completely unacceptable.

The breakfast was not upto the standard. The food was kept outside and we had to go out in the cold again and again to get it. Dosa order took more than 30 minutes to come.

The service is horrible for a five star - the staff will keep looking at you struggle with bags and a baby without even volunteering to help. The property is great to look at but is not pram or wheelchair friendly. The room heating does not work and we were freezing through the night. The food prices are exorbitant. The portion size and taste is good but really not worth the price. Also, the check in time is later by an hour compared to other luxury hotels and the check out time in an hour earlier! That didn’t matter to us because we checked out even earlier because of the cold room

Landscaping and architecture of the hotel is amazing. Feels like an oasis in the city.

Room heating - the room was cold and when I asked for temperature to be adjusted, they told me that cause the room has a lot of marble it will stay cold !!!! View - I was told.its a garden view room but what I saw outside the window was a wall with some plants Location - Getting inside was a challenge, there is no prominent easily visible branding at the entrance that makes it easy to locate. Parking - Waiting for the car at vallet was a horrible experience.

While the staff were quite helpful and attentive during the stay, they were eager to get me out of the hotel on check-out day. I had pre-arranged a late check-out (until 2 PM) when I booked the hotel and that was approved via email before arriving at the property. I should also mention that I agreed to pay an extra fee for this service. The evening before check-out, I rang the concierge to ensure the late-check out time was in place and they informed me that they could still offer a late check-out but only until 1 PM which, could be complimentary. The next morning, I was abruptly awoken to a call from the front desk while my room was set to ¨do not disturb¨ asking why I hadn´t checked out yet despite the fact that it was hours before the late check-out time that I had arranged for the second time the night before. I was so frustrated with this experience, I quickly gathered my things and completed the check-out earlier than planned.

The room was beautiful and the hotel is teaming with staff so there is always someone available to help you right away if you should need anything. The breakfast is quite extensive and delicious. Finally, the property itself is stunning and tranquil but definitely not ideal for sightseeing as it is a bit removed from the main attractions.

The staff is thoroughly disorganised and come across as arrogant. They take ages to respond to your requests. Room service is painfully slow. We had booked a massage a few days before our arrival, and had got a booking confirmation email from the property as well. However, when we landed up at the spa, they had no clue about our booking and were totally booked out that day. Instead of apologising and trying to find a way out, they started blaming different teams for the bad experience. Did not appreciate this at all, as it was planned for a birthday.

It is a beautiful hotel and has stunning rooms. The spa is excellent and loved Chi Ni, their Asian restaurant too. The breakfast spread is fantastic.

the room temperature is controlled centrally , which kept our room bit hot , we had to open the outside doors to breath. we asked for help but at night, it was not much help from them. so rooms AC has to be individual choice. Kids section is useless, very less space and nothing good for kids, quite boring, they should look into kids section on immediate basis. confusion on triple occupancy during checkin and even at night, when asked for extra bed, but they sorted after sometime

The rooms are really very nice, they have a bath tub inside the room, that's works out for couple but not for family with kids. swimming pool attached to the room are really nice, quite green property. Steam in the bathroom is an excellent idea, quite a big wardrobes and room size are amazing, too big. they provided me room upgrade on my request, appreciated
