Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SlovakiaThe hotel is located on a hill, quite far from public transport. The socket above the table did not work, so the kettle had to be plugged into the sockets to the left of the TV or near the bed. The air conditioning worked strangely: the first three days only for cooling, and the temperature was below 18 degrees, which is not my favourite in November. Wi-Fi required registration, which did not work on my tablet. There was no closet or shelves for things/clothes in the room, just a strange metal frame. Had to ask for additional hangers for shirts (but they were provided immediately). The cost per night seems to be a bit overpriced for this level of comfort.
The room was as described on Booking.com. Quiet location, no street noise. Bathroom/toilet were well equipped. Room service was ok. Strong WiFi signal. Breakfast was pretty standard but reach and tasty. Friendly reception staff.

New ZealandShuttle bus can't be booked so you are never sure you will get on. For the rest no issues
New facility, lovely pool and a free shuttle bus to nearest metro station. Together with the free parking and the vicinity to Roma Aurelia train station (1km walk) a perfect base to visit Rome without the need to take the car into the centre.

CanadaThe place was really nice, but needs a bit of fixing up, alot of small things in the rooms were falling apart (we had 3 rooms). The WiFi was horrible. The air conditioning was horrible, we died of heat in the rooms (wouldn't get colder then 24 degrees) The staff at the bar were ok, there was a gentlemen named Paulo who was a real asshole, he even tried to rip us off on our bill.
The pool area was great. The rooms were a good size and clean. The 3 gentlemen at the front desk were incredible.

United States-- th WiiFI is far from perfect (a) the connect process is cumbersome and "login with facebook" option did not work; (b) you have to reconnect whenever you open the computer or exit/enter the room, or even when the connection is dropped for no reason; (c) WiFi was very very slow time to time. Do not count on the hotel WiFi if you need to do any work. - the shower does not have an enclosure, just a glass panel on a hinge which tends to open and let the water water freely flow to the floor. -- the location is not good if you are just visiting Rome. We had and event at the hotel, so we never left it. But if you need to get anywhere taxi is the only option -- 20-30+ Euro to the center.
The room was nicely removated (note that "deluxe" rooms are renovated, and "standard" are old, both are of the same size. Ours was a "deluxe" one and it was quite OK. No clothes cabinet, just an open hanger. Nicely remodeled bathroom with a good showe. The only problem is that one has to be careful not to get a lot of water to the floor (see bellow). Very friendly and professional reception (Adriano, if I remember correctly). Very nice pool. Breakfast is OK, better that in smaller hotels we stayed this month.

SwitzerlandThe breakfast is like basic staff, and the internet was really, really bad. But that's something to be taking into consideration in all of Italy.
Good for the money, clean rooms, modern chambres. It's a classic, disent hotel that does the job with keeping the price low but offering good services like pool. Not too far away from the center of Rome.

Saudi ArabiaNo laundry services, they don’t provide iron. Location is a bit far from the city center although they provide free shuttle to the metro station but I’d prefer if you rent a car, from hotel to the city center it will take around 25-35mins depends on the traffic as well
Clean and spacious rooms in comparison to the usual European hotels, modern, staff were good, comfortable beds. It’s in overall a good hotel for a short trip.

IsraelThe restaurant is not recommended, eat outside.
The Hotel is located 7 km from the center of Roma and about 20 km from FCO airport, a very fast drive to FCO. The room is big, well designed with a modern look, the Hotel also has a good modern look. The shower room is big and was good. The restaurant is well…. Not recommended. We were hungry when we arrived afternoon and since the hotel is not located near restaurants, we set to eat in the hotel restaurant, well… it was a big mistake, the beef was dry, hard even after we asked for a medium, it came well done. The carbonara was poor. The breakfast is ok, not more. Ohh, it has a great free parking space right in front of the entrance! Very important if you have a car!!! Overall it is a good hotel and the price was reasonable.

ZimbabweI, however, had a challenge with my lights. They kept on switching off, and I couldn't quite figu4e out the mechanism to keep them on. Secondly, the television could not be connected to the internet. Hence, I couldn't use some of the smart applications such as Netflix.
The beds were very comfortable, and everything was very smart. The room was very secure, a safe tk lock one's valuable belongings. The bathrooms were very clean, with readily available warm water.

United StatesMore frequent shuttle taking more people.
The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff friendly, The breakfast was excellent. However if you plan to visit Rome for sight seeing it is very inconvenient. The shuttle to the metro station only takes 6, and leaves at restricted times. Otherwise it is an expensive taxi ride
