Wonderful experience. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment to relax in. The views from the room were absolutely stunning, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay. The staff were exceptionally nice and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was good with nice breakfast spread offering great variety of options to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities.

The timber chalet is the best room among the others

Breakfast (6.5/10): The food was decent but did not live up to expectations. The menu lacked variety, and the taste was fairly average for the price charged. There's definite room for improvement here. However, the staff at the breakfast hall were very courteous and helpful. Cost: The cost was surprisingly high, nearly double the off-season rates, as the booking was done at a late stage from our part. While the experience was enjoyable, the high pricing felt a bit unjustified considering some of the shortcomings. Overall: The resort offers a mix of luxury and natural beauty, making it a great getaway for relaxation. However, the high cost and average food quality may deter some travelers. If you plan to visit, make sure to book well in advance for better rates.

I recently stayed at this resort, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few drawbacks. Here's my detailed review: Location/Ambience/View (9/10): The resort is nestled in a stunning location with breathtaking views of hills and playful fog that provided a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The natural surroundings and the well-maintained property added to the charm. The resort offers some paid and free activities like trekking, zip line, offroad jeep rides, bonfire with games for guests etc. Room (9/10): The room (wooden chalet) was spacious, beautifully designed, and with the sofa bed provided a comfortable stay for two adults and two children. The comfort and attention to detail made the stay enjoyable. Cleanliness (9/10): The property, including the rooms and common areas, was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. It was clear that hygiene is a priority at the resort. Room Service (9/10): The room service was prompt, professional, and courteous. The staff ensured that all requests were addressed quickly and efficiently.

1. Wish they had given some attention to the balcony. They appeared little unattended and found in a grim state. 2. The expensive timber chalet rooms come with some major scratches on the floor and the walls which was a let down. 3. The extra bed they set up was in a sad state with an absolutely worn out blanket. 4. While their buffet and services were good, it still lacked items like cappuccino, waffles, Nutella, cream, bacon, berries. Still don’t get why expensive properties try to cut down their cost by withholding quality items. 5. Their delay in providing extra toiletries for the 3rd guest in the room was annoying. I had to ask them particularly for the slippers inorder to get them. Given the expense of the stay, we expect it to be offered to us long before we even think of asking for it. 6. Food was also kind of expensive like it is elsewhere in kodaikanal. But I must say the food was delicious. 7. Since the property was away from the central tourist spots, it wasn’t easy to find our way to this property. 8.They charge extra for couple of indoor games like snooker, which is nothing short of a rip off.

Stayed here last week. The stay was just like I imagined it to be and I had a great time with my family. 1. Beautiful property, 30minutes away from the kodai lake. 2. We stayed in the timber chalet. The rooms were pretty clean and hygienic. 3. Staffs were amazing, especially the receptionist girl who was so respectful and humble while dealing with guests. Special mention to the guy from Kanyakumari, he was extremely polite and joyful to help us during our stay. 4. Decent breakfast buffet and restaurant area with great view and service. Kudos to the lady who was brewing our tea, she always had a warm smile and her tea was excellent. 5. Decent indoor game and activity area. 6. The lush green in the property and its maintenance is commendable. 7. Everybody is happy to help you, offering a ride in their golf buggy if they find us struggle to walk down the slanted terrain. 8. Great room service.

Road to the resort is not good from center of the town.

Food was expensive and since you cannot go out for dinner because of the location of the property the prices are very high for the quality, spread of food, ambience and the quality of preparation.
