Beautiful location, serene and comfortable stay, The staff were the best, very welcoming and warm. They helped with our requests and were very responsive when we needed support. The rooms are spacious and equipped with necessities. Breakfast was very good. There was live classical music for dinner, cherry on top! Highly recommended!

IndiaThe description on the website says that all rooms have a river view. Though our room was facing the river , the river could not be seen. The description appears misleading and needs to be changed.
The facility is spread overall a large place with lots of greenery and is next to a river. Initially we were given a room on the ground floor. Our request to change the room to a higher floor was accepted. The room was large and spacious. The decor was pleasing. The bathroom was well designed and with adequate lighting.

United KingdomThe hotel is relatively expensive for what is offered. It was pouring down while we were there. An umbrella in the room would have been helpful as it's quite a walk through the grounds to the dining area. It's mainly geared up to tour groups.
I have stayed here before and particularly chose to return as it is out of the city in a very quiet location by the riverside. It has lovely gardens and plenty of bird life. The room was spacious with plenty of places to put one's belongings. Huge bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. The buffet breakfast was good and varied. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
