there was one server for the whole restaurant on a holiday weekend. poor staffing. the pool was covered in trash with drinks from night before and discarded towels

The main downside is there was a disconnect between the booking and what was shown in their system. For example, I had booked breakfast included and had to request that the staff didn’t charge us all 2 days. It would have been nice not to have to keep asking for our breakfast to be comped.

I had booked the reservation including breakfast, but the front desk said exclude it. I doubt checked again and showed to him. He gave me the breakfast ticket only for two people so I went to there again and got two more tickets.

I was shocked to find a fairly small TV by todays standards, and no USB charging outlets in the room. The king room was ample but the designer colors and styles are out of date. I’ve had better rooms at a newer Holiday Inn Express!

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. The king room was ample. The front desk staff was very polite and professional.

I don't understand why they have to charge $28 per day to self park my car! There is plenty of space on the entire property, just another way to gouge.

Room cleaning could happen more often, it was a bit noisy sometimes with kids running around at night. The door on the room was super heavy to open. 28/day parking seems expensive.

I was so surprised when the hotel staff initially told me that I had no booking under my name. It was frustrating since I booked through booking.com and I made sure I had my confirmation number and an email sent by booking.com. Apparently, booking.com wasn’t able to fulfill their role of booking my family a room. So we had to wait until someone could help us find a room. Another frustrating experience is not getting my request for an extra blanket, despite calling them the entire evening multiple times and being told that it was on the way to my room already. I called again when I woke up the following day and that was the only time they gave me a blanket which was useless since we needed the blanket during sleep and not when we were all off to Legoland.

I commend one of the staff named Hunter who tried to give us a room despite not seeing any room booked under my name which was really frustrating since I got a booking confirmation through booking.com.

Our toilet was broken for a whole morning and we had to call The front desk 4 seperate times to finally have someone come up. The elevator was also broken half of our stay.

the first night the toilet backed up and the heat and air did not work so they gave us a portable heater, there was maitance working in the hall way with too and ladder and working on something the whole time now the worst was we wanted to stay another night because it was raining the day we were going to a outside event they advertise they match prices but they would not match price with booking so they charged for one night 259.00 resort fees again 59.00 parking per night 38.00 plus they made us change to a different room plus it was supposed to be one breakfast incl but they charged 76.00 for breakfast unbelievable oh yea he whole reason to stay here was because of heated pool it was very cold but beautiful

We didn't enjoy the majority of the experience when at this hotel. The staff were very uninviting. No activities for kids other than a pool slide that closes early. Onsite restaurant was expensive and exotic for our taste. Coffee in our room was not replenished when cleanings were done. Bathroom was mediocre for a resort. TV channels were very limited especially for younger kids.

The beds were comfortable and the facility was clean.

Only strange part was at the Sheraton side of the resort you could not get coffee until 6:30 am but if you walked over to the Westin that’s attached you could get a coffee at 6 am. When you are coming from the east coast with the time difference - you need an early coffee!

Johnny Johnny!! Since the moment we checked into the hotel he took such good care of us. Professional and would go out of his way to make sure we were happy. Made the experience over the 9 nights for my family smooth and enjoyable. Hope to see him when we return.
