United KingdomFor the price I would have forgiven quite a lot but I was really disappointed that the pool was closed. I said as much to the reception staff and they said it was "under maintenance". I asked why they didn't tell me in advance or mention it on their website but they said it was only for two days (i can't help thinking this was a lie because the amount of algae and dirt built up would take more than two days). Also, I asked for two singles and I was technically given that but the beds were still together so we moved them ourselves and the floor was really dirty. Finally, the Internet cut out A LOT and I couldn't really use it at night. It took over an hour to fix. Finally, we asked for help trying to find a tv channel and help did come but it took over 30 minutes. Overall, a bit disappointed with the service and facilities. The basics were there though
It was close to the airport and initially I found the staff to be very helpful as they organised a taxi on our behalf. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The amenity kit was a good touch. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of foods and the restaurant looked good

United KingdomCleaners were late cleaning the room. On 5 ocassions the room wasn't cleaned. We had to ask for hand towels, soap, toilet rolls etc. No dusting was done and cleaniness was not to a high standard.

United KingdomLocation was great as it was a 10 minute drive to Dabolim airport. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. We stayed in the executive suite with three people and the staff provided a third bed. The room was very clean with great amenities. Only downsides were the slow WiFi and the restaurant food. The restaurant looked beautiful and the staff were amazing, but the food was pretty bland. But they did bring it to our room which was great. Overall I'd definitely stay here again. This hotel was great value for money.

The girl in the front desk is very nice and kind. They always have security in entrance and it was great because we noticed that someone was following us and the security took care of it once we told him. The location of this hotel is great because we could have access to shops and restaurants easily. We needed a taxi and they arranged it for us, so that we didn’t have to negotiate a price with a taxi driver. Our room was verrry clean compared to other hotels we stayed in India and the toilet even had a tag that was showing us it is not used since it had been cleaned. It is possible to see some mold on some parts but it was very acceptable amount because the humidity is crazy here, so I don’t think they can do anything about that. We had overall a great experience.
