Have thought fr 5 minutes but cannot find anything I didn't like. Everything was excellent.

Awesome hotel with outstanding staff, care, picture perfect facilities and great food. They go to extremes to ensure your complete satisfaction. The attention to detail is mind boggling. The ever smiling staff is courteous and helpful and caring and trained exceptionally well. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it as a must do to all my family n friends

Nothing - couldn’t have asked for more!

This hotel nursed me back to health after I became unwell during previous travels. They prepared special foods for me, got me doctor for a very good price, and took care of me like family. They’ve also upgraded us and decorated our room beautifully, since it was our anniversary trip. After bad experience at another hotel, this was such an oasis of calm and wellness. Staff were amazing, especially Shubham, reception staff and in-room dining team. The hotel is absolutely stunning.

I love the way Oberoi handles breakfast. Basics at the buffet and an enormous range of hot options freshly prepared. I tried the South Indian thali, waffle, eggs benedict and pancake. With excellent cutting chai and South Indian coffee to water it down.

Hands down one of the best properties I’ve stayed at! It was an exceptional experience. The pools, the lawns, the gardens and the rooms lived up to every expectation. An amazing vibe! The staff were also very welcoming and respectful, and catered for myself in a very professional and courteous manner! 100% will come back again!

We went to Udaivilas for our 20th Anniversary. The property is fantastically located, with great views and fabulous architecture. But the most important aspect is the service and courtesy of their staff.

a few inconvenient things happened. 1. After checkin, I walked around the property after left my luggage open in my room and when I came back to my room, I was surprised that some staffs were in my room and they said that they were preparing for a letter for me. I was impressed this hotel’s hospitality but really confused why they came into my room without asking. 2. even though I requested a transfer to the airport, the staff I talked disappeared while I went to a restroom and an arrangement was not proceeded. So urgently I talked another staff and they fixed the problem so that I could reached at the airport 1 hr earlier.

Amazing facility and incredibly nice guest hospitality. Almost all staff call me by my name and they remembered that. Not to mention they are helpful, kind, supportive with wonderful smile. Before I ask something, staff will ask me and serve me in advance. Especially a porter named Mr.Prabhu was so nice and guided me in this huge property and gave me great advice for sightseeing in Udaipur. I would like to go back there soon.

Breakfast was amazing ! Food in general was very good. Staff were exceptional, very attentive, professional and caring. Hotel was kept beautifully, gardens were lovely. I believe him to be the general manager was perfect, so professional yet caring really felt as though he genuinely wanted to give us the best experience which he did. If you go to travel to undaipur, or India in general for sure plan this into your trip.

This Oberoi property is absolutely phenomenal. Highest standards applied everywhere. From the beauty of the property to the finest and up to date quality in the rooms to the staff and service provided, including the food. This is hands done one of the best, if not, the best hotel experience I have ever had. I highly recommend.
