IndiaThe bathroom door was horrible design. You can see the bathroom from your main hall. This must change. Terrace pool was not working when I stayed.

IndiaRestaurant is not at all good. Especially if you are a vegetarian need to find another restaurant. we are vegetarians and ordered roti and Palak paneer curry. Both were served cold and not at all good Next morning breakfast is useless. The quality of idly is pathetic and better not to talk about Sambar

IndiaThe AC was leaking water into the entrance foyer. During the night i could hear water leaking from the ceiling of the foyer on to the floor which soaked 2 towels and my footwear as well. I was scheduled to vacate in the morning 4:30 am so did not have time to get house keeping to look into the matter.
The location was good, there were other restaurants in the vicinity. The In-house Dining was good and the rates were good for the portion/quantity and taste of food.

MalaysiaLots of choices for breakfast like western south and north Indian cuisines were available. The staff were courteous. An incident happen my wife left her handbag in the OLA cab, we panicked and were worried if we would ever get it back. But your Concierge Dept. staff Mr Ilayakumar was very helpful to make sure I got back my wife's handbag. Kudos to Mr Ilayakumar for his excellent way of handling the situation very calmly and professionally.

United StatesThe carpets and bathroom in room were dirtyans room had stained pillows. The carpets were dirty and toilet closet were stained. for a 5 star hotel with a high room rent ai would expect it to be clean and spotless.( not like nee toilet but neat in par with other 5 star hotels)
