“This is a great size for an apartment and made a change from the usual Icelandic accommodation. The furnishings and decor have gone full circle from 'old' to 'funky retro' but everything is clean and working.
Although this is away from the main village (due to the avalanche in the 1990s) there is a fantastic park just behind the apartment block. And it is only a short drive to Ísafjorður (Tjörhúsið is a must for every visitor to the West Fjords)”
