View was stunning! Cozy, clean rooms, lovingly tended plants, clean bathrooms. They were very accommodating to our early check-in. Loved the slippers and the good vibes.

I liked everything. I went there travelling with a friend. If I went solo I might want to consider that it is quite secluded and due to self check-in not staffed. This is not a critique just something to know.

When we arrived there was no one there. It was a little spooky. As others arrived we helped them to make them feel welcome.

Needed more storage in the room. Didn't realize it wasn't a private bathroom. Would be hard for those with mobility issues to stay upstairs. Drive in the rain/wind was a little scary. Was pretty chilly in the room. Wish they could bring back some complimentary coffee/juice or packaged breakfast food/snacks. Hill behind the building was a little concerning of a mudslide.

Loved the secluded sea view from our window even tho it was rainy and cold and the communication via email was great! Highly recommend if you like to hear the waves. We booked it playing for good weather.

Of course it comes with the territory but the other guests were up walking around, opening and closing doors over and over again, very loudly until midnights

The view is incredible- soooo worth it. This is a destination of its own. Having the sea view room is a must.

The Guesthouse was one of the highlights of our trip. Super cozy, very clean, and with a fantastic view over the water. The kitchen has everything you need, including tea and coffee, and the common area invites to socialize or just relax.

The short road could havebeen better maintained

Great location, incredibly bad road there, but that enhances the exclusiveness. Met two returning customers, they love the place as we did. Really nice staff. Passive but "there" and chatted when we wanted to.

Shared bathroom. Stayed only one night.

The room is beautiful and the view is incredible. The kitchen is fully equipped and have a lot of spices to use. This place is very close to Husavik if you want to stay just one night but if you want to relax and enjoy the view i would recommend to stay at least 2 nights.

The road towards the guesthouse was in bad condition when we arrived. It was raining and the road was muddy and slippery. With a car not a problem but with a motorcycle with road tyres is quite a adventure.

The location is absolutely amazing. The guesthouse has everything you need. Enough bathrooms and toilets. It's the first guesthouse with proper pillows. When we were sleeping you could hear the sea.

Fantastic location down by the beach. Super well equipped (full restaurant kitchen, washing machines etc.) Decorated with taste. Concierge was super responsive and helpful, they warned us about the weather and difficult access, offered to stay with a huge discount due to weather situation etc. A really exceptional experience we won’t forget!
