The hotel was in a perfect location. Beautiful comfortable rooms. The owner/manager Eugenia was absolutely delightful to deal with. So helpful and kind and incredibly prompt with answering enquiries. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

My room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke which was unfortunate. I had a room with a shared bathroom and thought the bathroom could have been cleaner, specifically an updated shower curtain.

Amazing location and super communicative staff before and during my stay! Eugenia is so kind and helpful. She gave me recommendations for site-seeing and has very fast to answer my texts. The view from the balcony is unbeatable!

Property was more like a very worn hostel. Even worse, I had people in the next room, reaming at each other and banging things against the wall. I called the management after midnight to tell them this is an ongoing problem and they told me to knock on the guest door and tell them to Stop. I did not want to escalate this situation as it seem to be worsening and from my safety I exited the property at 1 AM which was not the best situation for deserted streets in sienna. It was a horrible experience for me.

Great location CharMing place with beautiful terrace

Well, shared bathroom had its perks ( low price) but still doesn't look the best.

Amazing terrace where we could have snacks or dinner ( ofc we needed to buy it ourselves and then bring it in). The room was cosy, not too small. Still a bit vintage looking tbh. Great position, super close to a parking space and 10 min walk from main attractions in the city.

My room was rather gloomy and basic. Shared bathroom was at the end of the hall. I needed to have the window open for air but that meant I was disturbed throughout the night by noise in the street below. In reality I think younger travellers wouldn't care as it's a step up from hostels

Easy self-checkin instructions. I also liked the rooftop space with tables and great views.

The bathroom was just horrible! (Room N10) It was so small that we could not even move. We took a shower standing right next to the bidet. There were not enough closets in the room to store clothes. Overall we didn't feel clean.

The location and the view are just perfect! This property has great potential!

The landlords are very friendly and they reply to messages that are always fast. Feel like home, really cozy.

Difficulty accessing as it was locked even in the early afternoon. If it were not for a workman, I don’t know how we might’ve accessed the property. I remember a warm family hospitality, which is now no longer evident. Staff seemed otherwise occupied and Breakfast of any kind is no longer served; even the coffee and tea are sparse. This was my third visit, but I would likely not return.

the complimentary tea/ coffee station. it was a bit of a free for all and often had no clean cups or water for the kettle, there was no place to wash the cups or fill the water jugs. We bought our own tea and coffee to use because there was no option for a black coffee or non fruit/ herbal tea. I do understand that it was an extra service and was happy to do so.

The location was excellent. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable and clean. the en-suit, although small was perfect and clean.

Our room was clean but the entry was was dirty. The floor looked like it hadn’t been washed in years. I understand not serving breakfast but a coffee station would be greatly appreciated.

The location was great. Our room had two beds which is hard to find in Europe. Terrace looked great but it was too cold for us to enjoy.

whilst the property is great, there is noise both internally and externally which made it difficult for us to sleep soundly. the facilities are fair for an albergo - the bathroom was of decent size.

it it in an historic building in a great location in the city walls of Siena. the host was lovely and welcoming, explaining everything about the facilities. the room was large.

staff was very friendly and kind. our room was clean. there is a teracce with an amazing view. there is free tea, coffee and water which is really nice. location is perfect, hotel locates in the center. and i absolutely love the vintage vibes as decoration. i highly reccomend you to stay here.
