The accommodation was clean, and the location was great. Just be careful when booking to reserve an apartment in the “Living” building—this is the new building where the apartments are more spacious. On Booking.com, all the pictures are mixed together, so it’s not clear exactly what you’re reserving.

We were somewhat disappointed with the kitchen amenities, as basic items like dish soap, oil, and sugar—commonly provided when renting an apartment with a kitchen—were not available.

The location is excellent, just a short drive (5min) from the ski lifts, and offers free parking. We appreciated the spacious apartment and the small convenience shop on the ground floor, which provided essentials like coffee, tea, milk, and even slippers. Additionally, the ski bus station is conveniently located right in front of the building. Sauna was a nice addition after a day of skiing.

- the crockery in the kitchen wasn't suited for induction, and we could only use one pot and a pan. We also missed a cheese grater and a sieve. Not enough teaspoons. - wellness a bit outdated and underdimensioned (7 beds for two full aparthouses), also very noisy, but it was more of the parents' fault. Still, the disposition is not too well though of.

Our family had an incredible stay at the Astor Apartment recently. From the moment we booked, the staff communicated promptly and were so helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed for our trip. The location cannot be beat - it's tucked away in a charming area of Valdora with breathtaking views of the mountains and valley below from every window and balcony. The natural beauty was truly awe-inspiring. Yet the apartment is also just a short stroll to restaurants and shops, so the best of both worlds. The apartment itself was immaculate, comfortable and had everything needed for a family vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked if we decided to cook one night, while the large bedrooms and living area gave us plenty of space to relax after busy days of sightseeing. We especially appreciated the welcoming touches like snacks and guidebooks upon arrival. Staff were readily available if we had any questions throughout our stay and made us feel at home. I would absolutely recommend the Astor Apartment to anyone visiting Valdora. The incredible location, views, accommodation and hospitality made it the perfect home base for exploring this beautiful region. We hope to return someday!

Astor Apartments is a hidden gem in Valdaora (Olang). The rooms were clean and exactly as pictured. Our windows faced the main road but we could hardly hear the cars or any noise. The view from the window was alao very picturesque. They provided bicycles for us to use and had a lovely spa which we did manage to look at but didn’t get to use. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Checking in was also a breeze with the host waiting for us. Would definitely come again!

Beautiful, super clean Apartments with a great Spa area. Spa opening times were adapted to 15.30-19.30 which makes sense for skiers. Great price for what you get.

The only thing one could complain about is the lack of an electric kettle and the entrance to the ski room from the back; other than that, it's a great location, quiet and peaceful, with a shuttle bus stop right across from the building entrance.

SPA is opened at 15-19...😭. If you skiing full day, don't have enough time to rest in SPA. When time of your booking is ended , you will not be able to enter the hotel. 😭 Owner was friendly but not very attentive.

Good location, not far from down Kronplatz's station Oolang (5 min. by car), appartments are big and clean. Large balkony. Wonderful view from the windows. Big parking. Ski bus stop is 10 m from hotel.

The staff were mean, and they are not helpful. The kitchen is missing a lot of the equipment. One of the stuff was questioning me on why did I left one of the lights on when we went out .. I mean come on are you watching us all the time. That was ridiculous and did not make me feel comfortable at all. Also, when we arrived, they said how about paying extra €500 a deposit !!! There is no policy they just judge us by how we look. And do you think they have a card machine to withdraw the deposit??? No no no no, they wanted to copy the credit card information to to their system in a very unsafe way.
