Pros (+): • The hotel is located in the center of Venice, about a 5-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge. • There is a Coop supermarket nearby. • The hotel has a Venetian-style interior, creating a historical atmosphere. • The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. • After check-out, you can leave your luggage at the reception and continue exploring the city. • The room is equipped with towels, shampoo, soap, shower caps, toilet paper, a safe, a wardrobe with hangers, and a hairdryer. • Daily cleaning service. • The room has air conditioning. • There are radiators in the room, making it a great option for visiting during the colder months—they provide excellent heating. • Plastic windows help retain warmth in the room. • The hotel offers breakfast. We didn’t try it, but it’s nice to have the option. • The firm mattress ensures a good night’s sleep—we slept like babies. Cons (-): • There is mold above the bathroom window. • Some walls have cracks. • The fridge didn’t work. It had a light on as if it was functioning, but it didn’t cool the food. • There are no shelves for clothes, only hangers, which made organizing our belongings a bit inconvenient.

Nothing. If I may suggest an improvement, it would be good to have a kettle or a machine on the floor where you can get a tea or a herbal tea in the night now that it’s getting chill.

Close to public transport stops, clean, really clean. The room has also a fridge.

Venice is not cheap for accommodation, I would have liked to have paid between £60-£80 for the room per night but it was £125 I can imagine this goes up in the summer as we stayed in October. £125 is a lot of money in my option for room only with no breakfast and we overlooked an alley way.

Lovely big old fashioned room, toilet was a fair size and very clean. I was very impressed at how quiet it was in the hotel, nice quiet area of Venice. We booked in through the sister hotel and the gentleman who checked us in was very polite and had a brilliant sense of humour.

No air con made for uncomfortable sleep but we were told it’s to do with the winter season. There was an AC unit but it can only run during warm months

Nothing really, it was all good. The set up was a bit unusual as you check in in a different building but it was less than 5 mins walk (literally around the corner) and the staff was very helpful and pleasant

The room was great for the three of us. Plenty space and the beds were comfy. The room could easily accommodate a family of 4 as there was a double bed + 2 twin beds. The place was clean. The reception was very good, helpful and friendly. Very handy location for transport from and to the airport and also to and from the train station. We did both and both stops (different stations) were less than 10 mins walk from the hotel. I really liked the location as it was not as busy as San Marco still close enough to all the attractions (10-15 ins walk to most things)

I dont like that the Toilet have molds but the room it self is Spacious.

I like the location its not far and you can see Venice By put and rode the Traghetto to get to other side. Also the Hotel is in quite street at night. So you can sleep quite like.

The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. It had a view overlooking the canal and it was stunning. The hostess was very attentive. The location was great, not too far from the St. Lucia train stain, very close to the water bus and close to the Rialto bridge.

Super cute room! Loved the set up and it was very clean and had everything we needed with plenty of space. The beds were a tiny bit uncomfortable but it was manageable. Overall loved it!

Great stay, very happy with rooms, cleanliness and value for money. Lovely to have that Venetian feel in the room furnishings. Hotel was easily reached via Ca d'oro vaporetto stop with rolling suitcases. Staff very friendly and helpful with tips on navigating Venice.

The view from our room was just amazing! We had lovely views over the canals, which had lovely sunsets at night. The bed was so comfortable, and we had such a good nights sleep. There are no lifts which was no trouble for us, but there was a stair lift to the rooms. Staff on check in were so attentive, and gave us a map with highlighted places to visit/ eat at. They helped us with advice on getting to Murano and Burano, and made the stay nice and easy.

We knew we were going to a small room with 3 beds and as we are close sisters, no problem. Maybe tea/coffee machine would be good.

The proximity to the port from the airport. The proximity to the main “must sees” but this area is far more laid back, quiet and lots of off the main path beauty and culture. It is quiet with all that you want and need.
