The staff was very friendly and very helpful. But the beds very not comfortable at all. Breakfast was served on 5th floor and you’ll need a 10ct coin to use the left, we had to climb 5 floors :(.

Well, the main thing is to cross the square and the yard, to find an elevator and to get to the doors…. Inside the mini hotel everything is clean and comfortable, the lady at the reception was very friendly and kind.

Location is convenient for travelers — close to main Station and not far from the international airport! It is good for money they charge. 1-2 nights is ok.

Location isn’t the best, if you have to walk from the train station to the BnB at night, area feels intimidating, a lot of homeless and beggars surrounding the area, also you need to call them before you arrive, otherwise nobody will be waiting for you, and no keys are left in any box outside, hotel from outside looks like horror movie but, once inside, everything changes completely, with nice and clean bedrooms

Elevator sometimes does not work without having 10 cents. When the hotel is in 4th floor it causes some issues. Nobody at reception even though arrival time was given in advance. Luggage storage was at a different hotel that was not easy to get in to. Ended up paying for luggage storage at train station. Beds was a little hard

It's hard to find. It is already at the very top of the building and the elevator costs 10 cents per ride. The whole building was shaking, which is said to be caused by the underground subway. A very unpleasant, dangerous location where are lot of migrants roam.

It's just one room with bathroom. -> We can use common fridge and kettles. Nice view to the city from window. Relatively safe sleeping in the area. After quick double press you can ride by lift for free.

The lift requires 10 cents to operate and doesn't always work. Most workers don't speak English, but they are very nice. Wifi signal was bad.

The location of the place is right next to the main train and bus station. The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. The shower and toilet were okay, though the toilet fan was a bit noisy. Breakfast was very simple; some eggs and veggies would have been nice.

Check-in was not easy; we had to call and wait for them around 9 pm because their buzzer was unanswered. The lift requires 10 cents to operate and doesn't always work. Most workers don't speak English, but they are very nice. Alessandro, who was the manager/owner, was very rude and demanded extra money at the end of our stay over a phone call. It left a very bad taste, and we probably would try another hotel the next time we come to Napoli.

The ladies at breakfast and the housekeeping staff were so kind and helpful. They even accommodated vegetarian requests for breakfast. The wifi worked very well. The room was spacious. The locating is only 3-5 minutes' walk from the Napoli Central Station/Garibaldi. Good price for the size of accommodation

Having a fridge would have been really helpful to keep water and fruit cold. Also the breakfast did not have any fresh fruits.

Well I don't like heights n got 5th floor but had lift. N building is all stone n iron so no fear of fire. Food v cheap nearby, pizza etc.

The breakfast was great. Th lady at checkin was v helpful n room spotless. So near bus station, not even 5 mins. Value for money, definetly. N u can buy almost anything in th Street, jus outside hotel. !!
