Signposting on the main door could be clearer as I couldn't find the place listed from the main road.

Location was handy as just across the road from the Metro stop, Antonio was very friendly and helpful and recommended places to visit and restaurants. I was able to drop my bag off before official check in time which was handy. Room was really big with a tv and a fridge. The bathroom was very clean and well equipped.

The shower head could use some maintenance.

Comfortable room in the center of Naples, close to public transport, restaurant, cafes and important sights. Staff is very friendly and super helpful. The room is spacious, it has a fridge and has a good air conditioning system. Breakfast was provided by a cafe across the street, which I really appreciated. Although the property is on one of the mayor streets of Naples, the rooms are on a different side of the building, which prevents the loud noises from the street from reaching them.

Whilst I enjoyed the breakfast experience I would prefer to have it at the location and more choices.

Was difficult to find apartment a little bit. But not so big problem. The hot water not was stable - gas terminal in apartment not regulated temperature of water normally.

Location is very super. Speed of WiFi is perfect . Staff is very friendly. Store of Luggage any time after check-out.

Only because the hotel building is old, there is a problem with lighting, and room keys are only for one person. Apart from this, there is no other negative situation.

We were especially pleased with the informative, sincere explanations and help of the employees in every aspect. The location of the hotel is quite good and it is quite suitable in terms of security. I recommend it

There is nothing specific - one thing which is given by the construction of building itself (so nothing that could be eliminated by the management): if someone else in the buiding used their shower or bathrooms, the noise of water passing the tubes was loud. However, it was much better when the bathroom door was completely closed. So in general, it was ok.

Everything was ok, I am satisfied, I had a very pleasant stay. I had a very comfortable bed, great after a long and active day! And important thing to mention: silence, so nothing disturbing from outside. Thank you...
