The room floor was not very clean.

The hotels location is excellent. Close to the center by metro but full of vibrant restaurants and bars. It was also close to supermarkets which was helful since it didint provide breakfast. The reception was 24hrs open which was also good because we had late night flights.

Unfortunately, hotel didn't reply on messages via booking.com. We had a late check-in. After conversation with reception manager we stayed disappointed, due to as he said it was our mistake and we have to call or use their own website to contact with them.

Room was very clean, cleaning staff works really good. We didn't expect the room with two separated beds, but both was big enough for two people.

The location is very good, there is a metro and a bus stop nearby, so it makes it very easy to get around. The building is very nice and classic, as is the room. Generally comfortable and clean and the staff very polite and helpful. I would recommend it and it will definitely be in the first choices for the next time I visit the city.

Good and non-expensive place. The furniture is old but it's fine taking into account the price. All necessary things were in place, it was also pretty warm in the room. Easy to reach via metro line and 10 min walk. We booked family room: it was a small room with two beds. Fine for a short stay.

I got a free upgrade to a balcony room which looked onto the Main Street which sounded good, however it just exposes the room to noises throughout the night from cars. City tax can only be paid in cash. You have to give the hotel key to someone at reception every time you leave the hotel which can get annoying after a while.

We found some stains on the sheets and we could clearly hear the guys in the next room. Also, an elevator would be more convenient that drugging the luggage up to the second floor.

Despite the excellent beds and bedding, the rest of the furniture is quite old. Additionally, the room is a bit noisy, as the sound of passing traffic can be heard.

A fairly comfortable room of a decent size for a family with children. Two huge double beds provide a comfortable and pleasant sleep. The room is clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and polite.

It's a hotel so you need to leave the keys when you leave.There is no refrigerator in the room. You have to climb stairs. There is no elevator (This is common throughout Europe)

There were just 2 towels for 4 guests and just one for face I went to the reception to ask for more and the guy asked me if I need 2 or if one was enough??? Do you all use the same towel???

The single bed doesn’t have a bedside table, and there’s no fridge in the room. The ceiling has exposed beams that you could accidentally bump your head on (of course, I did). The city tax can only be paid in cash.

The room was small so there was very little room if you have a large suitcase.

The staff was very welcoming and nice. Our room got upgraded for no additional cost. Transportation was very convinient and there was a metro stop near the hotel. And there was a balcony.

They do not serve breakfast 😔... however, they can service coffee and tea in a nice cute little patio if you want . I would have been happy with a kettle in the room... That is the only downside .. Nevertheless , it was a good opportunity to go out for coffee each morning in a coffee shop nearby

The location of the hotel is ideal. A quiet residential area, with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby .. Wagner metro station (M1)is walking distance. .a ten min ride on the metro to the Duomo. The staff is very friendly and helpful . Marc volunteered with all must see sights , and gave us directions . The rooms are very clean and bed is comfortable, WiFi is working well in the room. The whole establishment was renovated and is quite neat . Will definitely go there again if I revisit Milan .

It is too loud and you hear everything from other room and hallway. So bring your ear plugs. Rooms are small so better take one room per person.

Location is great and they have 24h reception. Super friendly staff! For one night stay good budget option but bring ear plugs!
