We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location is perfect, making it easy to reach all the key spots. A major bonus is the free parking, especially convenient for those traveling by car. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was spotless, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Sometimes difficult to get hot drinks in the evening as machine turned off quite early.

EVERY single member of staff at the hotel were amazing. Cannot fault the staff at all. Rooms cleaned thoroughly every day. Reception staff went above and beyond to help. Staff in the breakfast buffet were fantastic and food was always plentiful. Great selection of food and drinks. One barman in particular was so friendly and helpful. Overall the staff make this hotel. Would highly recommend.

When you opened the balcony door the traffic was very loud

Gym was a bit cramped and with no a/c not great to use. Felt like a bit of an afterthought, But I did get use out of it. The big problem I had was the shower was very slippery and I had a bad fall. After rubber mats were provided, but if you stay, ask for one on arrival.

All facilities were very good and the attention of the stall was exceptional. Breakfast buffet was very good and some days we used the restaurant for lunch and dinner. The slight downside was that the menu was the same every day and the choice of vegetarian dishes a bit limited. Nice touch was the putting out of water melon in the pool area in the afternoon. Would recommend the garden view over the street view.

The staff make this place. They are exceptionally friendly. They all speak multiple languages. We were there as a couple but we admired how much they engaged with the children staying in the hotel, chatting about their transformer or other toys they brought to breakfast and getting them excited about the day to come. Breakfast was fabulous. For being in the busy season the hotel was not packed and there was plenty of room to relax. The ladies on reception were also extremely helpful, kind and always smiling.

It was clean, modern, bright and the location was perfect. Freshly made beds daily, with excellent Air con. The pool was great. The restaurant and lobby areas were comfortable and relaxing. The town itself was beautiful and the location of the hotel was perfect to walk to the town and to explore other towns on the lake. Walkable from the train station aswell. Couldn’t fault the hotel Or the staff who provided exceptional service.

The shower in the bathroom could use a bit of updating/maintaining. Other than that, our stay was great.

The pool area and jacuzzi terrace really made our stay. We were always able to get a sunbed by the pool and the area felt quiet away from the busy road. The room was spacious and the staff were really friendly.

Beautiful hotel situated within easy walk of the main restaurants/ town. The staff were the best we have ever encountered at any hotel- super helpful and always happy to engage. Marcell in particular is an asset to the hotel!
