There was no entertainment, and the bar was not opened for drinks much at all. The pool was closed, normally 10€ to use it, and there was also a 90€ holiday tax surcharge, which I thought was excessive

The road to the hotel was not the best. quality. You have to be careful walking - especially in the evening Good equipment like pool but you have to pay extra. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

Personnel are very nice & helpful. The establishment is very clean. Good transport close to the hotel.

After reading opinions on this hotel I was afraid it won't meet my expectations, which were not too high - I just wanted a decent, clean acommodation for a short stay. Eventually, it came out it was an excellent choice! In a really low price I checked in a clean, comfortable and functional room. The hotel has its cozy, old-school vibe and impressive exterior. Staff was really kind and helpful. Breakfast was typical Italian - wide selection of pastries with rather poor choice of savoury dishes. Be aware that the only advisable way to get to the hotel from the airport is to take a taxi.

The location was a little far from the city centre. Also, tea bags and water were not in the room considering it is a 4-star hotel.

Beds were ok, but pillows really need replacing too a more neutral pillow, too suit fussy people. Lift was slow, but i don't understand the dynamics of the system

Breakfast was good. Distance was a bit out of the way but nice area. Young barman on night shift while there was excellent. He went out of his way to serve us, and remembered how i drank my tea

The hotel is old but has charm. It has everything you want for a comfortable stay. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the staff were very helpful

Bathroom shower wall gets very wet from no ventilation but it seems most hotels do not have ventilation in Europe.

Had a good selection of breakfast, staff clean up when guest are done in the breakfast dining hall, overall satisfied. I booked 2 rooms with triple beds for prior to a Tour since there were no twin available at my booking time. To my surprised, the rooms are pretty good size given that there are 3 beds and comfortable. I was very worried with all the negative reviews about the rooms not being clean but to my surprised, it was clean and comfortable. I think if you would like more renovated, good size rooms, best to book a triple. They allowed us to stay in our original room during our Tour as well which was a plus so that we did not have to move. There is also a Supermarket, McDonald's, a Steak House, a Chinese Restaurant, Italian Restaurant, and very helpful pharmacy around 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There are also buses on the main road that goes to the Rome City Center although we did not us it. The hotel staff was very helpful with our inquiries. Front desk helped book a Taxi and they came quickly.

The air conditioning didn't work and during the night when we switched it off water were leeking from the ceiling.

Our room was described as access to patio and pool. The room was on the second floor and I did not see any pool. The room needed to be updated. No AC, which I expected. Entry to the building was via 12 + steps on the outside and an equal or more steps on the inside.

Nothing, the place was really nice

The place is wonderful, with very nice room, and moder bathrooms. It includes swim pool and gym with extra fee of 10$, and free parking. The breakfast is continental breakfast, really nice, and it is close to Rome downtown, ether by car, taxi or metro. Room service goes extra mile folding the close .

The stairs, getting into it, carrying up the bags all that way, is a pain. No good for old people.

Difficult to find using public transport when first arriving. Lifts very slow. WiFi only in designated areas, not in rooms. Maybe a health and safety rule in Italy but there was no iron (we were attending a wedding) and no possibility of borrowing one.

Good value for money compared to more central Rome hotels and the 913 bus (also the 990 a little further around the corner) was very simple for getting into the city centre. Quiet location with peaceful outdoor bar areas (though not easy to find at first!) Good shops and restaurants a short walk away nearby. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and of a good size. Comfortable. Shower in bathroom did not work properly. Shower head did not want to stay in position and was sliding down.
