The proximity to a major road and the somewhat dangerous access to the local bus-stop.

It was somewhat inconvenient that there was no restaurant but we were able to order a pizza at the reception!!

The room was so comfortable and clean with a very big terrace. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We were only one night there but would have liked to stay a little longer.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. We have stayed here before 2 years ago and were so pleased we booked again. Small and tradiotional style, family-run and a very good breakfast! The balcony with the view on the mountains and the lights of the city is great!

Access to the hotel is a bit tricky if you are on foot because you have to walk on the side of the road which has no sidewalk. However, there is a better alternative route that the hotel host guided us.

Parking is available but in slope. it is not a disadvantage in Italy, but it needs courage for those who are not use to it.

Everything was perfect, such a cosy place. And the owners were very friendly and supportive. The view from the room was amazing.

The shower was a bit old and covered with mould. The property is tricky to reach if you don't have a car, also it is very noisy outside due to highway right beneath. But considering the cost I'd say for 1-night stay it's a good comprimise.

The staff were very friendly and also prepared me a breakfast to take away as I had to leave early in the morning. The room was small, but like shown on the pictures.

To be able to reduce the temperature below 25 degrees. It’s still far too hot, especially in the summer which can make sleeping uncomfortable. And just bear in mind this property is at the top of a 400m high hill, so any walk in to town will take some time and be a huge effort on the way back which is near impossible in the summer heat which hit 40 degrees on our visit

Lovely views. Each room has a balcony. Air conditioned rooms- although limited to minimum temperature of 25 degrees. Basic accommodation but host was welcoming and breakfast was good

The bed, and bathroom are not very clean. The shower door is not sealed and water gets all over the floor. There are not many options for breakfast and staff never refilled the empty plates, just 30 minutes after opening.

Breakfast was average, bathroom was in need of updating but functional. Access was a little difficult with a lwb van and there is no footpath between the access road and the town so had to walk a short distance on a busy road.

We didn’t have control over the temperature of our room. It was controlled by the desk downstairs. We were so hot we couldn’t get comfortable, and we had to go downstairs 3 times to request our A/C be turned on.

The staff was wonderful. Very kind and accommodating. Beautiful breakfast.

The terrace was nice but the view would have been better if it didn’t overlook a motorway. Not the easiest to find. Don’t trust your SatNav!!!
