The building was very beautiful. Parking was easy. Very close to the exceptional viewpoints of Como Lake. The staff were lovely. They provided flyers about the attractions nearby. The gave us hot water for our thermos, thanks :)

United StatesFor the value, there is really nothing say…however, there is no elevator. If you have issues with stairs their is a lift to second floor, but the upper levels will be difficult to access.
High Elevation, in mountains surrounding Lake Como and the village of Bellagio (about 7km down hillside). Was a great place to relax and escape the Summer Heat.

United KingdomIt was kind of far from tourist places so it was difficult to get around as buses were limited and very minimal taxis which weren’t really available most of the time.
The staffs were very friendly, lovely and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The area itself was very peaceful. Good breakfast too :)

We really liked it all! Fantastic hotel, very good breakfast and location. We stayed in this hotel with 11 people company, and everybody enjoyed it very much! We had unforgettable holiday, we really appreciated the excellent service, the hotel staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Hotel location is very convenient, very close to the amazing panorama and just 10 km away from Bellagio center. We highly recommend this hotel to the ones who are looking for best price and quality service.

We went to Milan and left most cash and important documents in the room to be safe from pickpockets, little did we know it wasn’t safe in the room either. She told us late otherwise we would’ve confronted the staff… there was no fan and the wifi doesn’t work on the 5th (top) floor
