The cooking equipment was great and certainly sufficient however the cooker had only 2 rings and it was impossible to even use both rings at the same time as the size of the pans and the proximity of the cooker to the wall meant no 2 pans would fit on the rings at the same time. We "managed" to cook meals, one piece of equipment at a time, letting some food cool whilst doing so but it was not easy.

The atmosphere - the whole of the property was very clean, grass cut, pool clean, appartments clean etc., etc., and exceptionally all this was done without fuss, seemingly out of sight of the guests. There was a very calm, peaceful atmosphere pervading the whole area. Supplied were strong umbrellas for the beach, magazines, loads of books-you didnt need to ask, everythings was just there, so considerate. The apartments were delightfully located with beautiful views, the swimming pool was large and beautifully clean and the shape really enhanced the environment. It was a lovely property and I will certainly be back.

I didn't like getting a bill when leaving which included country tax and towels and linen aka bed sheets. Wish they said how much in the beginning of checking in.

We had a fantastic time here with my 2 year old. We stayed in a studio room and it was perfect for what we needed. We travelled in September after the schools in the UK were back. We had a ground floor with terrace. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The shower always had hot water and good pressure. We had blackout blinds in the room. My son wasn’t waking up until gone 9am. Recycling bins are super helpful. WiFi is included. You are about a 5 minute walk to Eurospin which is a bit like Lidl. A 15 minute walk into town, which has fantastic markets at night and lovely restaurants. We hired a car to visit various beaches in the area and they were all stunning! You can park your car here for free. The pool is a right touch as there are not many places in San Teodoro that have pools. We had it to ourselves most days. The baby pool was suitable for my son as he could walk no worries. Really good value property. We loved it so much and would definitely book again. Thank you Le Tre Querce.

The location was lovely. The apartment size was perfect for two people; the kitchen, as was the bathroom, was well-organized and clean. Around the apartment was a huge garden with a swimming pool (perfect for chilling)

We came with a little kid and we booked triple room. We have been placed on a second level floor room which required some stairs climbing. I have observed that also with another room that has kids also been placed on the second floor. And below our room were the ground floor with no kids. I think it would be better to arrange family on the ground floor.

It’s big, and a proper resort, the city center is also very nearby, owner is a very nice old man.

The pool was big, quiet and lovely with well kept gardens. The apartment had a great view of the pool with a good sized terrace. The apartment, a little tired, had everything we needed for our stay and it was great to have the option of paying extra for air conditioning. The walk into San Teodoro town was easy and not far. La Cinta beach was 5 minutes cycle or 20 minutes walk. Paulo and his staff were great too.

Unfortunately everything outdated, it needs refresh. Very beautiful place, pool was absolutely beautiful but rest need a little bit of work done and looked after. Bed lining and bath towels extra cost.

Linen and towel pack, a little damp smelling, possibly because it's pre packed wrapped when wet? Towels a little rough. Need upgrading as you pay extra for them. Sunbeds need a little attention and more for when it gets to high season. Didn't appreciate neighbours feeding the cats outside the appt came meowing around looking for food daily. Maybe a poster to say no feeding the cats.

Fantastic place 20-minute walk into town 25 to 35 walk to la cinta beach depending on which way you go. Lovely well-kept gardens and a pool to die for. Or free bus from.outside. Free bus also into town and beaches. We hired a bike from top of the road and cycled to beaches 30min away Lu Impostu and anot3er one near Cala d'ambra. Supermarket 10min walk plus cafes. Paulo helpful, good pleasant staff. Quiet and relaxing, just perfect! The shower is always hot, and water is all the time. Great recycling facilities. Great patio to sit and have drink and meals. Bed large and comfy. Great air con. It is easy to get around using Google maps. Free beach umbrella for beach if required. Would definitely return.

There is no shortcut to the beach, but a bus stops in front of the hotel and goes to the beach and to the centre.

Very peaceful and comfortable property. The pool is crystal clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful and the person at the reception goes above and beyond to make sure the guests have all the information needed and he helps with their requests.

The only thing i can mention is that a place needs a renovation. I’d give a higher score for that.

A cozy place with most of the things you need to serve yourself. A clean and well-kept swimming pool. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Overall it is a very good choice to enjoy the nearby beach (4-5 min with a car) and the city.

That I cannot stay longer!

Lovely stay! It is very beautiful complex of apartaments with huge and very clean swiming pool and plenty places to relax. Rooms and area very quaiet and clean, very good located in walking distance to Centrum of San Teodoro. Close by beautiful beaches like Cala Brandinchi or La Cinta and more. It is also perfect base for traveling around amazing Sardinia. Host was nice, warm and he care about everything. Ladys from houskeeping were also super nice. This is perfect place to be. I fully recomend.

The bed was not comfortable, the tv was small and only played italian channels. Kitchen was outdated, could have had a kettle, proper mugs and more utensils. The rattan chair on the balcony ruined my dress with its broken bits on the seats.

Gorgeous view, well maintained garden and pool, good location, close to town. It had the minimum equipment you’d need for a holiday.

I had one friend staying at another place and when I kindly asked the host if he could swim together with me, it was an immediate no. It would be nice to offer us the opportunity, especially when we are loyal guests and we don't exaggerate. He would even want to pay an additional fee for this.

This was my third time at Tre Querce and I always love to come back. It's one of the few places where you can have complete rest and you really feel on vacation. The pool is amazing and big enough for all the guests.

Our room was right by where some of the staff were located in the mornings, because we didn't have aircon, we opened the back door- they were quite loud some mornings and woke us up. This didn't affect the overall enjoyment of our stay too much

The pool being central to all the rooms, we had a lovely outside terrace overlooking the pool which still felt very private.

Quiet, pretty, clean, friendly. Although the staff don't speak much English we got by and they were very nice. Bit of a walk to town but you get peace and quiet and the beach bus from up the road is great. Property is a little old fashioned and basic but its cute and it had everything we needed. The pool is gorgeous. Having your own patio a few metres away is ideal.

I wouldn't see i didn't like... But u can understand that i went in Sept.. i wished they had some facilities for food or snacks... bottled water.... basically a general store that would be so good for not just me but many others that need for example sun protection or water... or something for kids...

The location is in a quite part of the town... And the work into Town is 30 mins... to the beach it will take you 40 mins I would suggest a cycle hire if you don't want to walk around... as a 30 mins breeze walk will take 7 mins The Pool is fantastic! and there is only few places near by with a pool and this is one of the reasons why i booked this location.... Staff... there is only one gentleman at the front desk and he is a star... He helped me a lot even though my italian isn't great! I had a studio Apartment, i wish i was a little bigger as i was limited how i stored my groceries (Eurospin walking distance from the location) Comfort - the bed was great! and the AC was fantastic! 8 years i have been travelling to San Tendero and this was a comfort stay

The place was fantastic, the apartments are private and intimate but with a suttle community feel as they all view the pool. It's very spacious though so even when kids are playing in the pool it's not too loud. Pool is really big, the pictures do not do it justice. There are umbrellas you can take to the beach. Nearest shop is 12-15min walk, town centre another 5-10min further but it's a quiet road so a pleasant walk. Beach is 20mins away, we've found a shortcut that's not on the maps so ask about it. Otherwise it's 30mins by foot or foot and bus, as you have to get to the main road to the bus stop. Apartments clean and kitchen well equipped, no kettle but pots, pans, cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, even wine opener and grater. Fridge and freezer. Drying lines in the back yard and wash bowls in the bathroom. Staff super friendly and helpful! Will accommodate early check in /late check out if there's no immediate bookings. Will definitely be going back there, truly one of the best places I've been to!

Restaurant was closed at the hotel, which would have been super if it was open. But it didn't affect our stay at the end.

Excellent facility especially with kids. Very quiet and convenient for local restaurants and cafes. The shop is also close by. We planned to visit many beaches of Sardegna and the location was excellent. Local beach is a 4 min drive, other beautiful beaches 10 to 20 min. Very pleased with this experience.
