We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ItalyIn terms of location for Glendale, it is decent. There's Taco Bell across, it's a 10-15 minute walk to BK, McDonald's and Starbucks if you go on the right side exiting the hotel, if you go left, there is one Filipino bakery near and it's 10-15 minute walk to Jons Supermarket.

As a female solo traveler, I always worry about the neighbors and if they are going to be loud, but it was pretty quiet except for the buzz of the mini fridge and the loud heater. For the price, it was excellent.

Free parking was one of the main reasons I chose this motel. The front desk staff attendant was friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained. The room is a standard room with a comfortable bed, desk, and a small dining area. Large dressing area with ample luggage storage. Small fridge and microwave available. Standard size ironing board (not mini!) and iron -super helpful Room price seems appropriate for what is provided

Came here from the airport late and needed a place to crash, and this place had good ratings on booking. Com They had a well lit parking lot with plenty of spaces that were easy to park in. The employees on staff were very friendly and quick to check in/ out. They had a cute eating area in the lobby office and patio upstairs. The location felt safe. The room was good size for one person, with basic desk, chairs and lights. Easy to use temperature control of the room. The bed was comfortable and some toiletries provided.
