Not much actually, if it would be something, it would be the challenging location to drive, some steep roads and curves to reach it (not the hotel, but the town itself).

The best in this hotel is the staff, who at arrival meticulously draw a map of the whole area with lots of advice, places to book boats, to eat, where to eat pizza or the best seafood, how to drive etc etc. I have never had such an extensive welcome with so much valuable information! Also I forgot my purse 1 morning and the manager kept it safe for me at the front desk. This is how service should be! The room was fine, breakfast too, lounge and swimming pool super for an afternoon after the beach and the location was perfect to walk to any nearby restaurant and the boulevard/coast at night. Safe. Relatively easy parking (although requires some driving skills!).

We have not long returned from a 5 night stay at Hotel Nettuno. Lovely hotel, extremely clean and room a good size. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice. The information and advice about the area and things to do was brilliant and all staff at the hotel were helpful and welcoming. The hotel is located a short walk away from the beach and nice places to eat and drink. There is paid parking spaces just outside the hotel, we were lucky and always manage to find a free parking space very close very close to the hotel - i don't think it was too expensive if needed to pay. We really enjoyed Cala Gonone and our stay at Hotel Nettuno, if we were to return I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Very warm welcome from very friendly staff who were always on hand if we needed anything. Very clean room and a great location for bars/restaurants/the beach. Breakfast was also excellent.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is well positioned in the center of the city and I was close to everything I needed: shops, restaurants, beach and harbor. The breakfast was diverse and I could choose whatever I preferred that morning. The personnel were very kind and helpful and provided the best recommendations for activities inside and outside the city The room was spotless.

We loved the location of this hotel. Central to everything in the town and the beach but in a quiet residential street. The outdoor area with the pool was welcoming and relaxing and the continental breakfast was deliciously satisfying. The management team consisting of Mario and Fabienne were friendly, obliging to our needs and very helpful with tips on boat tours, day trips and recommended restaurants for dinner. We loved our stay at Hotel Nettuno and have happy memories of Cala Gonone and the stunning Gulf of Orosei.

Everything was perfect……..so nothing.

Everything about our stay was perfect right from the first moment with stepped into the hotel, the staff were absolutely perfect and very helpful in finding us a free car park for our 3 day stay to offering many recommendations for tours, restaurants, etc. The property was in a central location to everything, well maintained, spotless and probably one of the best we have stayed in, the room provided was large and come with a terrace from which we had sea views, the pool was a fresh and welcomed relief after our beach going days.

We came and nice woman name Fabian helped us in everything we needed Piermario helped us so much, we missed our excursion and he helped us to find other in such short time. Really nice placer, with such a good vibes and energy. We recommend.

Wish they had a family room with separate partition for bedroom. The quad room has a bunk bed in the room, but would have been nice to have some more privacy from kids.

Amazing staff. Mario and Fabiana were super helpful! Explained everything to us and were very welcoming. good breakfast. Lovely pool!. I did not expect to want to come back to use the pool after being in the sea all day, but it still felt amazing to finish each day with another dip in their warm pool, and was so nice and relaxing to have pool side drink service (great Vermentino choices). great location. Staff gave amazing advice about things to do locally and great restaurant tips. Hope to come back in future.

Owners were extremely welcoming and helpful. Property was super clean and comfortable. Great location with lots to do. Breakfast was fresh and catered for everyone. As Australians we were made to feel very welcome, a home away from home. We loved our stay at Hotel Nettuno

Everything! It was clean and the staff are so generous and helpful - they explained everything for us clearly so we could make the most of our trip and the beautiful beaches!! The pool was amazing to chill out and relax around on the days you’re not out at the beaches. Breakfast was great as well 🥰

Mario was amazing from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Always attentive, friendly and very informative about the area. We stayed for 3 nights but would of loved to stay longer. The location of the hotel was perfect and we loved Cala Gonone.

Not a big deal for us, but if the bathrooms got a tiny update (the tap and the air-flow thing were a little hard to turn on or off) it would have been even better.

Definitely book this hotel. It is an amazing hotel with a great pool, clean rooms and the friendliest and most enthusiastic owner possible. We even watched the euros final with him. Included breakfast was a great start of the day. The city is small, so with a 3 minute walk you’ll be at the restaurants, beach etc. Parking was possible in front of the hotel for just €6 a day (blue parking spots) or free if you’re lucky (white parking spots). If it is hard to find a spot, the owner will help you.
