The bathroom was not to my liking

Location to beach excellent location to other stuff not so great. But it could be easily taken by a local route taxi for $2 US

To be fair I wasn’t there long enough to explore but I don’t remember seeing a spa which is a favorite feature of any get away for me personally. I failed to ask if there was one to be honest.

Enjoyed all my meals including breakfast. There was a little disturbance from construction but I really appreciated the apology by the manager and the complimentary breakfast. Staff really pleasant. I love the layout and modern amenities without the big hotel feel. Had charm.

The bathroom needed an area to put toiletries etc, had to revisit suitcase or exit bathroom to get or put back needed bathroom items.

The bed was a little worn and the pillows were flat. Room was small and a little tired too (ceiling fan blades were “droopy”) but we didn’t come here to hang out in our room all day so the view of the parking lot and service area wasn’t a real deterrent.

Locally owned and operated. Super friendly staff and a great restaurant. Location cannot be beat.

Everything was very good but being picky our room faced out to a white fence and the shower was not hot or powerful enough. But , really great location.

Transportation to reach and go is very expensive and you need one cause it’s a bit difficult to walk on the street.

The night tables are a little old and chipped and the use of chain saw was very loud. There was also a gap under room 35. There was also a unpleasant smell from the toilet smell in room 47

Kitchen could have been better. Microwave did not work. No toaster had to ask for one. Refrig had water on top shelf constantly. And the food froze in the refrig. Need to have written instructions on how to operate air condtioniers. Just little things that needed to be addressed.

cafe was great. Food was great and service was great. Employees were all very friendly and helpful. Nice people.

Only bad thing is the place next door is 24 hours and occasionally the music is loud when you are trying to sleep.

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. My favorite part is the sea grape tree over the dining area.

On arrival I was informed of a 10% Service charge that the hotel had added to the final booking.com price (this is separate from the 10% Government tax and daily City tax I also had to pay), it meant the final cost of our rooms was more than 20% higher than what was listed on bookings.com. also the food at the hotel restaurant was not very good.

It's a beautiful hotel, well run with very friendly staff. It has a good location with facilities a short taxi ride away. The beach was clean with attentative staff. Most nights they had some kind of live entertainment.

Unfortunately the hotel is situated in a very windy area at the 7 miles beach. Bute whole region there is more windy and has high waves in the beach.

Its a nice hotel directly at the beach and an integrated restaurant. Ther staff was very supportative and kind. The hotel also have a lounge where you can play Billard&Co if the weather should not be fine.
