Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

My flight was cancelled last minute and this hotel accepted late reservations with no cancellation fees. I got to the hotel late and was pleasantly surprised that there were many open restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Easy check in with a passport scanner and nearby staff. Furthermore, it was only an 11 minute taxi to the airport, which facilitated my early morning flight schedule. This is a no-frills hotel, but I encourage people to stay here if you are in a bind!

No room service but you don't really need it. Room was small but very clean
The location is really good for someone looking for a hotel near Haneda Airport. The airport express station is barely 200 m and if you want to go to Shibuya/Shinjuku, the other station is a 5-7 min walk. It takes about 30 mins to speak Shinjuku/Shibuya. Lots of restaurants/bars within 5-7 mins walking distance from the hotel

Nearby the train
The property is close to trains, 24 hours food stalls and family mart. Is outside the city area, which travel back needs some planning. The upside is this near the airport, which is easy to fly out.

We had a window in our room but was extremely close to the next building and there was no sunlight. Our room was very dark because of this. Also, we needed to use HDMI on the TV for presentation but it was not available to be used.
Comfortable bed, good amenities and great WiFi.

Somehow the layout of my bathroom was kind of inconvenient. But for one night ok. Not much space for luggage in the room. I wouldn’t stay here for more than one night, but for a short stay it was ok.
The hotel is close to the train station and offers easy access to Haneda Airport. If you have an early flight or arrive quite late, it is a hood opportunity for a night. I also only stayed for one night as my flight was very early in the morning. Bed was comfy enough.

Access from Keikyu Kamata station is excellent. The check-in was very smooth. The room was clean and spacious. I don't usually sleep well in hotels but this was an exception, The bed was really comfortable.

The room is a little outdated and shower head kept turning into wall from water pressure.

No complaints. Excellent stay.
The hotel was in a great location from both train stations as well as a ton of restaurants and shopping. Despite this, the neighborhood was still quiet and enjoyable. There is a park directly across the street and a beautiful shrine right next store. It was a great spot for home base, we could get anywhere in Japan from the stations! The staff was super nice and spoke enough English to help us out. They always greeted us with a smile! Very helpful and friendly!

I did not find the lighting of the room very comfortable because it was all in yellow. It may be relaxing for resting and falling into sleep, but not suitable for making up or working.
I appreciated that the hotel accepted to look after my suitcase even after my check-out.

The bed sheets were super yellow and had stains on them. One pillow in the room for each bed. Rooms were very dark. Good space but dark I wouldn’t do more than 2 days here’s
We liked that it was super easy to get to from the airport and very close. Area is amazing with lots of food choices. The hotel rooms are okay. Shower was amazing and good water pressure.
