“Cleanliness”
“room was spacious for Japan and a large bathroom, the lounge facility was fantastic and staff were very helpful and friendly”
“Room massive for Japan standards, staff lovely, we will stay here 4 different times during this trip(in separate occasions in case you read my other reviews)
Shinjuku is a perfect place to stay to launch from a centrally located super station that does it all, and the hotel is close to it, with big rooms, clean, and great bed.
I can’t recommend enough, the front staff is also so friendly and helpful: perfect hotel, honestly i am even proud of myself to have find it and booked it lol”
“I really liked this hotel: you are in the middle of the red district and the hotel was maybe opened in the 80s but inside is clean, rooms are big, bed is comfortable, there is no noise inside your room, the staff is lovely, the value for money is incredible, again the room is so big for Tokyo standards, and is well equipped I can’t recommend enough. Just consider that if you are a family with little kids you are still located in kind of a red district, but this is Japan no one will do anything to your kids.”
“Close to shopping ar arcade for meals and convenience store.”
“Nice place. Friendly staff. Good amenities spa, pool, pub next door. Close to a train station and bus station to venture around. Convenient stores close by.
Rooms smaller than the other places we’ve stayed in Japan. Have to climb over the other person to get out of bed.”
“Convenient and room size is slightly bigger than other hotels”
“Great location so close to Tawaramachi station, rooms were very cold and we were unable to control it in the room, beds were really comfy”
