Great place to stay helpful, friendly staff close to transport. We enjoyed the lovely westen breakfast every day. The only downside was that the bed was too hard for us.

BREAKFAST WAS HIDEOUS !!! Vert very bad, cold, no choice besides so called European and Japanese or any choice whatsoever. Unacceptable for such a good hotel. Everything was coming on a tray, ready made, cold, tasted like plastic 🤮 The eggs were pre-made somewhere and rather cold 😬🥴

The hotel was very elegant, big rooms, quiet and well located in an upscale district and close to the Tsukiji subway station.

The hotel is located in the Tsukiji area, and the Tsukiji Market is within walking distance. However, it’s a bit far from the nearest subway stations—Tsukiji Station, for example, is about a 10–15 minute walk, depending on your pace. So if convenience is a top priority for you, this might not be the best choice. But for people like me who enjoy walking and exploring neighborhoods, I highly recommend it. What I also appreciated about this hotel was the room size—it was definitely larger compared to other hotels in the same price range in the area. There was even a short corridor separating the bedroom/lounge area with an additional door, which I found to be a nice touch. On top of that, I felt the price per night (February 2025) was a bargain. Keep in mind that this isn’t one of the newer or more stylish hotels, but the room had a great Tokyo view, a Panasonic air purifier, and everything else you might need.

Probably an old smoking room before - stank of old stale cigarettes, made you hair and clothes smell. Had to wash everything thoroughly when we got home. Bath drain in the bathroom also had quite a nasty smell of sewage emanating from it too - overall wasn't enough to spoil the visit at all though.

Great location, amazing city & river view, helpful kind staff, easy and quick check in, large rooms, powerful shower and large bath to soak in. Numerous combinis and amenities located close by too.

The furniture is very dated and not in the best condition.

THe location was extremely calm but very close to the Tsukiji area. Also perfect when exploring Toyosu and Odaiba. The view from the hotel over the water is beautiful. From our room we could see several of the bridges, which lit up at night.

We had requested a hotel with breakfast but it was not available to us We were in a room that had previously had smokers in it and it had a strong smell of cigarettes. We thought all hotels were smoke free

My first stay had smoking room- only ok.

Great view of river. Big room. Comfortable bed. Second stay had non-smoking and was great. Staff very helpful in holding bag for us while we explored other area. And helped find currency exchange. Close to fish market and shopping without being too busy.

When I did ask for an extension at the reception one of the person say no we cannot, I have tried again later with another person and they say no issue and did the extension. So if I did not ask again we would have been oblige to go somewhere else.
