The walls were a little thin but not so much that it would disturb your sleep.

This had to be my favorite Hotel I've stayed at by far. The bed was super comfortable; best sleep ive gotten. Everything looked brand new and clean. The staff was Professional and Friendly. The price was great for being so close to the airport, and it's in a good location in regards to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Bathroom was smelly, couldn’t stand to be there. Facility, carpet were old and dirty. Staff were not friendly, they don’t even smile to us.

Just one minute from Keikyu Kamata station. Very convenient before flight from Haneda airport.

The beds were very firm and rather uncomfortable.

The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel in relation to Haneda airport and train station links was ideal. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Booking process, check in and check out very simple. All necessary toiletries available for the guests. Good location and good value for the money.

The hotel is very close to the train station and you can get to the airport in around 20-30 minutes by train. The staff is very friendly and the room was very clean. :) There's a few restaurants and shops close by.

- This is more of a Booking issue but you’ll need to be very careful you put the hotel name. When we clicked the address from the Booking app, we were directed to the OTHER Ai Hotel Keikyu Kamata (not Ekimae). They have posters in front of each hotel so this is obviously a common issue. It was hot and unfortunate that we walked all the way over to the wrong one with lots of luggage. - We encountered only one friendly staff member during our stay. The first woman who greeted us when we dropped off our bags before check-in. Everyone else was very rude and sometimes condescending. - Shower felt even more cramped than usual Japanese hotels and the shampoo, conditioner, AND body wash were mostly water?! It was awful. So cheap. - A.C. was awful and couldn’t combat summer heat one bit. Especially if your room faces the sun most of the day. And since you have to have a card in the slot, we walked in to a sweltering room after check-in. - Then a frustrating encounter with a staff member the morning of check-out. The hotel keys are incredibly thin and fragile, much more-so than we were used to, and it snapped as I grabbed my suitcase on our way downstairs. I explained what had happened to the staff member and he said it was no trouble and they’d take care of it. Then suddenly 2 minutes later he said we needed to pay 3000 yen to replace it. We were shocked and confused. I wish you had been more upfront about the issue and understanding. I wonder how much money they make from that and their cheap cards.

- Location was PERFECT. That’s pretty much the only good thing. - Room was fine on space. - Bed was okay, pillows were uncomfortable.

Everything, the rooms were perfect and big enough for the both of us. I was able to do the laundry, which kept us in clean clothes. Staff were friendly, very close to the trains, and supermarkets. Value for money

I booked a comfort room and asked a room with a window on the outside, not on a wall with no sky and sun at all, because I knew this hotel. Despite I mentioned it and wrote several times to the staff they never ansered me and finaly gave me a crapy tiny room with just a wall and another room window front of the window and it was very disapointing

Situation is good and price is low, plus the district arround is nice
