It's a wonderful experience to stay here! Convenient traffic, comfortable beds, kitchen, and even washing machine... My family members were all very satisfied with this family room and the hotel. We will come back again if we stay in Tokyo in the future!

The TV in room only has Japanese programs. Since we don’t understand Japanese, we wish that it had some English Channels.

I like the location, minutes walk to subway station. The room we had was a family mini suite with 2 beds, a kitchenette and washing machine. Not too big, but spacious enough for 4 people. Happy stay!

The heating and dryer system in the bathroom is perfect for travelers who would love to do laundry, especially in the summer. After washing clothes, I hanged clothes in the bathroom. The next day, they all dried perfectly.

We stayed in the room with a family of 6. It was a big room, with a small kitchen, a table and en-suite bathroom and toilet. The hotel is located in a quiet area, very close to Ueno Station. There are several restaurants close by as well as small supermarkets.

It doesn't do house keeping daily but maybe on request. So you have to take out your own trash and request clean towels from reception.

The room is spacious with an open plan living area for self catering. It includes all the essential appliances such as air con, washing machine, air drying for clothes, microwave, cooker and fridge to maximise your stay. The location is very close to Keisei Ueno station so there is a direct train from the airport. It is also very close to the infamous Ameyokocho street. It is a short 7min walk to Ueno station so you plan your trip around it

The orientation of the room was a bit weird. We do not know where to put our luggage as it will always be blocking the way towards the beds or the cabinets or the laundry area.

I love how spacious this hotel is for our family of 5. 3 full sized beds + a sofa bed. My kids loved it. It is also very close to Euno station and a lot of other places in Euno. They have free bottled water and gracious staff. They even have scooters for free use outside the hotel.

Can’t put luggage one day before check in

Helps us to take care of the systematic booking problem caused by Booking.com. We booked 3 pax yet the order generated by booking.com only showed 2pax.

There was no room service (ie room does not get cleaned until you check out), the room was not prepared for the correct number of guests despite the reservation clearly indicating how many people were staying so I had to ask for more towels. The beds were closer in size to 2 twins vs 2 double beds. Check out date was misinterpreted by cleaning staff. Reception staffing presence unknown as there is no-one to greet you at reception (you must ring the bell). Luggage storage is not secured (luggage is just left in the front lobby unlocked).

Very conveniently located near the JR station, Tokyo metro and Keisei-Ueno stations, convenient stores, restaurants, shopping and Ueno Park. Included a washing machine, kitchenette and good sized fridge/freezer.

Staff was present (ring the bell), but didn’t really seem happy to be working there.

Large room with a kitchen and separate toilet, washroom and shower which is convenient. Our room had a washing machine and we used the dehumidifier in the shower to dry our clothes which was better for our clothes compared to using the combined washer/dryer some other hotels have. Location was quiet but close to Ueno and all the restaurants around the station.

The locations is near with the mini market, cafe & resto and just a walking distance to the JR Sta The Staff is helpful and friendly The Room is clean and fits my family (2 Teens) We love it and for sure will come back again 🤗

Location. Train station is just about 3- 5 minutes walk. 7-eleven is just around the corner. Room size is good enough for the five of us. It has everything you need even microwave & washing machine. Highly recommended.
