All public areas were way too hot. Foyer, common room and passageways.

Great location on electric tram line. Close to castle and A bomb sites. Very clean. Great staff. Very comfortable and good sized rooms. You can use the common room all hours with your own drinks and snacks.

Room very tiny, noisy, bathroom very good. The recreation room is not available till late in the afternoon. Should be available for guests a ll day as staying in the room is not an option due to how small the room was.

The hotel facilities and staff were excellent. Everything is really modern and clean. The bed was firmer than what we’re used to but still very comfortable. The shower was amazing!! Overall it was a great experience, the small size of the room makes it a little bit of a challenge to manage large luggage but they’ve got clever design to make use of the small space. We stayed in a king bed which was very nice. The pillows were very unusual, they seemed to have a grain in them? We enjoyed our stay.

Elevators smelt slightly smoky at times due to the vicinity of the smoking room. Not enough to warrant a major issue though.

Easily accessible by bus from the main station, but also not too far to walk. It is also in a good location to visit other famous areas of the city. The hotel felt clean and modern, the lounge area with free drinks at specified hours was a very welcome addition. The room itself was lovely and the bathroom and shower were clean and spacious. Pretty solid view of Kyoto too! Staff were helpful, welcoming and attentive :)

Rooms are tiny, quite hard beds. We booked a triple room but that was way too small to be comfortable with 3 people.

Sometimes noisy from cars driving by, it was a room for 2 people but there were 2 mattresses which made it a bit difficult to sleep with the wife

The room is ridiculously small, we had a hard time with our luggage. The internet was faulty on my laptop inside the room, I had a hard time with that, and one time the answer they gave me was to just wait. I didn't like that I had to go to the water cooler on the 2nd floor (I was on the 7th), and the breakfast was very hard to get used to (I'm not a fan of eating fish and rice at 9 am), as well as ending quite soon, but certainly helped.

Very comfortable beds, great location close to Nishiki Market and Takashimaya (Nintendo store), friendly staff. The onsen was very nice as well.

The location isn’t the prime but doable. The room was pretty small and no way to hang up stuff either. It was annoying to open and close the suitcase every time i needed something.

Room design was packed and narrow for 2 pax stay, unable to leave luggage opened on the floor. Laundry has only 3 machines where peak hours happened at night

AC has both cooling and heating mode. Hotel near to convenience stores and bus stops Room cleaning stated 3 days cleaning once, but amenities were renewed upon request. Has onsen where not alot guests using it

Room was very small, windows were not opening and you do not have the full view from them - half of it is closed by the design panels outside of the windows, so this might me disappointing for someone. Also it was very cold in the room so we had to sleep with air conditioner on all night.

I’m not usually bothered by street noise, but the noise from the sirens late at night was so loud, even from the 10th floor and enough to wake me up.

Great location, easy walk to bus and train. Breakfast was nice to have included. Room felt modern and shower was large with rain shower head. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was in a good location. Walking distance to the restaurants, the bars' shops and bus stop. The room was more spacious. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the bed was big. Also, the bathroom and shower size were nice and spacious.
