Reception, i lost my wallet in Kyoto and i asked receptionist i will pay by booking but he refused. He refused because price was low on booking , and i didn’t have no cash either bank kards i lost everything, i had only Apple Pay but its stopped working. So the guy was very brutal and he was acting like or pay now or goodbye.

The bed is a bit small and not comfortable for the three of us. There is no public bath and no pool compared with other APA hôtels.

We stayed for 6 nights, with a 1 year baby. It's a good option to discover Tokyo The hotel is well located and The price is fair.

Only thing was that the window was frosted, looking out onto a brick wall from the small crack I could see through when opened. Not a big deal, but I would have really liked a view. However, as I spent most of my time outside the hotel, it didn't matter too much in the end. Noise from construction on the street could be heard during the day, but this is not the fault of the hotel. The sound proofing between rooms is actually excellent. I didn't hear anyone else.

It was really quiet, I couldn't hear any noise from any other rooms. It was clean, and cleaned every day which I didn't expect. On the days I was still in the room at cleaning time or didn't need it cleaned, they left a bag outside my door with a replenishment of amenities. It was a great location, close to 2 subway stops which was so easy and central to where I needed to get to. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and I really liked the hotel too.

Well, it is a business hotel. Ok for one night or two if you travel alone. But for two persons, the rooms are really small and basic

I had a very long flight plus it was my first time in Japan and receptionist was not the nicest/welcoming

I've been in a single room when I was alone, and in a double room with my boyfriend.They were the exact same room: same stuff, same size. The rooms are ok for solo travellers but way too small for 2 people.

It's quite comfortable , has all basic amenities, a bathtub in every room, the staff is very kind.

Sound insulation between rooms and beteen bedroom and bathroom cold have been better

Room was cheap, clean and used the limited space efficiently. Hotel was a short wak to a park on the outside of the imperial palace and easy reach of at least 2 good train stations.

The rooms are quite small. The cleaning could go up a notch more in terms of vacuuming of the floor and the cleaning of the bathroom.

The location is perfect, just 2 mins walk from Hanzomon station. Lots of great food options and the Imperial Palace and gardens are within a short stroll. The staff were also very helpful and assisted with late check-out.

The pillows were very uncomfortable

Hotel is conveniently located near Hanzomon station and great for visiting all parts of the city. Rooms are small, which is a classic for APA and Tokyo, if you’re staying alone it’s great but a bit of a squeeze if staying with another person. All amenities were provided in the room and it was clean. They provided a late check out at a very affordable charge and can keep your luggage up to 24 hours after.

Very handy location, nearby subway stations with direct trains to the best places in Tokyo. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and clean your room if your staying for more than 2 days (unless you request a cleanup at an earlier time). The bed is comfy and cosy. The room is provided with all important amenities.
