I did not do my research good enough so didnt realize how small the room was so thats not the hotels fault. The bathtub was also really small but thankful it was there and not just a shower. Everywhere else in japan the toilet seats were warm, these were not. We wrre there for seven days and they come to clean every three days. But ee got fresh towels everyday if wanted. Breakfast was mostly Japanese as well. Im fine with that but my husband wasnt LOL

Really liked the location, bring close to a lot of bookstores is why we chose the area, 7-8 min walk in two directions for two different subway stations. Right next door is an amazing restaurant with the best food, we ate three times there. Staff was excellent and accommodating and spoke english well.

The room was smaller than expected. And don't expect natural lighting.

The location is really good. It's the best place to look around major areas of Tokyo. The staff were all friendly and provided excellent service.

The AC is controlled centrally so only the heating works and we couldn’t sleep well the first night. However, the staff gave us a solution (portable AC) so the rest of our stay was great.

The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

Small - small double bed pushed against one wall making access difficult for one person. Perhaps this is normal for Tokyo / Japan in general.

Reasonable location with a number of train lines within 10 to 15 minutes walk, but none really close. Easy to get around Tokyo, not far from any of the key attractions. Very clean.

Breakfast is till 10am, 9:30 last entry. If you come at 9:32 you are not allowed to even get coffee even though most . But they clear away the juices, etc. at 9:20. So the super punctuality only applies to one side.

Great location, very clean, good price. You have to know that rooms are very small but if you are in Tokyo you do not want to spend your time in a hotel room.

Location was great. Plenty of nearby restaurants and less then 10 min walk to 5 different subway stations. Room was pretty basic but that's the way a lot of japanese hotels are. Bed, shower/bath, toilet, tv and that's about it. Front counter staff were helpful

Very well located in between several convenient metro and JR lines. Hotel very conveniently located to access Tokyo Dome City on foot. Good standard when it comes to amenities. Not too busy or loud.

the room is smaller than I thought. Everywhere in my room quite dirty. Please vacuum thoroughly on tables, TV and floors, corners of cabinets. The room is not soundproofed well from the direction of the door. You can hear the cleaning sound of the cleaner from inside the room. That affects my sleep.

Almost no seating available in the lobby, the room is too small. For an early check-in, the hotel will charge 2000 yen an hour.

As is often the case with this type of hotels in Tokyo, the rooms are very small.

Great location if you want to explore central eastern Tokyo. The room was new looking and clean. The staff was very friendly, well above what’s custom for business hotels in Tokyo. And if you like books, you are only few steps away from the second hand bookstore district.

The hotel's single laundry machine wasn't enough for the number of guests, resulting in long waits at night.

Our whole stay was comfortable and the staff are accommodating. It was easy to explore the area around the hotel, as there are a few stores nearby.

For European person, the rooms are definitely too small. The breakfast facility was tiny, difficult to move around, but experience shows there is absolutely no need for pre-paid breakfast in Japan, local markets like 7 Eleven or Family Mart sell fresh food everyday and it's an affordable price. Tasty too! The staff is great. Sometimes there is a language barrier, but this is 21st century - have a translator on your phone. Location is great, you can walk anywhere and Metro is nearby.
