Thailand-Close to Pajingo store and pubs? (I'm not sure). The noise from the street (and next room) was really loud in Friday night (even it passed 2am, there were still loud noise.) -The light bulb rim above the mirror seems to be not attached well. It kept moving and made noise when the wind from the air conditioner blew. -A bit expensive but it's the cheapest I can find for 1 person in Tokyo with single room en suite. -Not enough space to open luggage. Mine is 24". I placed it on floor at the end of the bed but it almost could not fully open.
-Close to.the train station. But google maps will tell you to use south exit, DON'T follow it if you have large luggage. The south exit has only stairs, not elevators. Use north exit instead. -Quite spacious and clean room -Many restaurants and isakayas nearby

The room is perfectly fine and very well equipped. There is a kettle, teas and coffee; as well as shower gel etc. in the bathroom. The people at the reception are very nice and helpful and printed out my boarding pass for the flight. The breakfast is fantastic! The hotel is close to the Nippori station. From there the Skyliner goes directly to the airport. Very convenient! The beautiful historic Janaka neighbourhood is also within walking distance. You have to see it!
